Installation and operating instuctions

Remote Adjuster with Room Temperature and Humidity Sensor

The RC22 Remote Adjuster with

integrated Room Thermostat pro-

vides you with easy to use tem-

perature controlled adjustment of

heating and cooling, as well as

measuring of humidty.

Sensors

The RC21 contains a temperature

sensor which is used by the cont-

roller.

If the settings in the controller al-

low it, the sensor is used to alter

the ﬂ ow temperature.

The humidity measure the relati-

ve air humidity for the controller,

to set the cooling function accor-

dingly (dew point calculation). The

switch is used to alter the mode of

the controller (cool/heat)

Settings

The dial is used to parallel trans-

late the heating or cooling curve.

The ﬂ ow temperature (still regar-

ding the outdoor temperature in

heating and the room temperature

in cooling mode) is raised or lowe-

red respectively by your adjuste-

ment.

Heating mode uses the set-

tings for the heating/thermo-

stat functions and times set in the

controller.

Off deactivates all controller

functions. Frost protection is

still active to prevent damage due

to cold enviroments.

Cooling mode makes use

of temperature and humidity

sensor to calculate and cool down

to the ideal room temperature.

Installation

Carefully remove the dial from the

casing with a screwdriver.

Loosen the screw beneath. Re-

move the bright part of the casing

from the black socket.

The RC22 is connected via termi-

nal block to the controller.

Clamp connections:

+/-: Remote adjuster

T: Temperature sensor

GND: Sensor earth

H: Humidity sensor

VDC: Power supply

Connection earth

(Terminal block Sensor -)

Connection S4 (Temperature)

Connection S6

(Remote adjuster)

Connection S5 (Humidity)

Connection +

(Power supply)

The RC21 is suited for

low voltage only!
