AS400 UPS PROCESSING PROCEDURE

Sign On:
User: UPSLagprts
Password: UPSLagprts
Enter; this will take you to the Master Menu.
1. #19 enter (Billing)
2. #24 enter (Shipping)
3. #18 enter (Parcel Processing)
Steps
1. Scan Pickslip (if barcode will not scan key in the Ord # and PS#)
2. Enter
3. PCL Type (the cursor will default to this box)
a. Key in carton code if you have one (if not see step c on pg 2.)
b. Enter

c. Key F20
d. Key in all dimensions
e. Enter
f. If standard UPS proceed to Step 4
g. If COD shipment proceed to Step 5
4. Put your parcel on the UPS weigh machine and the UPS Label will print, place on parcel.
5. Key F8, Accessorials
a. Tab down to “COLLECT ON DELIVERY” and type in a “Y”.
b. Key in ONLY the $ amount of the product with in the parcel. DO NOT include shipping charges in this line
cost.

6. Key in F7 (this will take you back to the main processing screen on pg 1)
7. Place your parcel on the UPS weigh machine and a UPS COD tag will print with the total $ amount that UPS will
collect for this parcel and this will include all ups charges and accessorial charges. If you have multiple parcels on
one order follow step 8.
8. Key in F7 and type in on the “NOTES…..Parcel__1__ of __2 or 3 ect___”.
9. Tab back 3 times to the “Parcel Weight” and follow Steps 2 thru 5. Proceed with this for all parcels on the order
until complete.
