Safety advice
• Before connecting the receiver and using it,
please read through this manual carefully!
• We are not liable for any damage to persons or
property caused by non-compliance with the
Operating Manual and in particular with the
safety advice!
Attention! Observe the permissible supply
voltage and the maximum contact load!
• Return any faulty receivers to the manufacturers
for checking.
• Do not make any modifications to the receiver.
Operating mode
The Easywave Digital 343 can be operated in a
voltage range of 12-24 V AC/DC.
There are four operating modes available:
- Dead man’s control (factory setting)
- Roller blind/shutter motor control
- ON/OFF
- Impulse (1 second).
Two potential-free relay outputs can be switched via
two separate radio channels.
The receiver can store up to 32 different transmis-
sion codes from the Easywave radio transmitter. In
addition it is possible to connect one external
impulse button per channel and to use this to
switch the respective relay depending upon the
operating mode selected.
Operating modes
The receiver can be operated in four operating
modes and controlled with Easywave hand transmit-
ters, wall-mounted transmitters and radio timers
Dead man's control
Each relay can be switched separately and
switches as long as the corresponding
transmitter button or the external impulse
button is pressed (a maximum of 36 seconds if
the transmitter is activated)
Roller blind/shutter motor control
Controlling of roller blind and shutter motors
with two button operation:
The relay switches off automatically after
90 seconds.
ON/OFF
Each relay can be switched separately:
Impulse (1 second)
If a transmitter button or an external impulse
button is pressed, the respective relay switches
for 1 second.
Installation and connection
1. Remove the housing cover.
2. Fix the receiver at a suitable location using
the fixing materials supplied.
Installation instructions:
The receiving capacity may be influenced by
several factors:
- Location
- Transmitter used
- Devices and equipment which have not been
interference suppressed
- Other transmitters in the frequency range
- Atmospheric conditions etc.
Do not fix the receiver near ground level or
close to metals!
No connection cable must be longer than
3 metres! In the event of a fault please contact
your specialist dealer or the manufacturer.
3. Use jumper J1 to select the desired operating
mode:
J1 in position 1-2:
Dead man's control
J1 in position 2-3:
Roller blind/shutter motor control
J1 in position 3-4:
ON/OFF
J1 in position 4-5:
Impulse (1 second)
4. Connect the supply voltage and the safety
extra-low voltage devices to be controlled as
follows:
“Dead man's control”, “ON/OFF” and
“Impulse (1 second)“ operating modes
- Supply voltage
(12-24V AC/DC): IN1, IN2
(polarity in the case of DC optional)
- Consumer load 1 (at relay 1 /channel 1)::
NO1 - COM1: normally open contact
NC1 - COM1: normally closed contact
- Consumer load 2 (at relay 2 / channel 2):
NO2 - COM2: normally open contact
NC2 - COM2: normally closed contact
“Roller blind/shutter motor control”
operating mode
In this operating mode the receiver may only
be operated with 12-24 V DC.
5. If needed, connect the external impulse button
as follows:
- Impulse button 1 (for relay 1): CH1
- Impulse button 2 (for relay 2): CH2
Advice: Using the external impulse buttons the
relays are switched according to the operating
mode selected.
6. Transmit the codes of the transmitter buttons
to the receiver (see chapter "Programming the
transmitter").
7. Put the housing cover on again.
Programming the transmitter
In the "Programming the transmitter" operating
mode you transfer the codes of your transmitter
buttons to the receiver.
The operating mode that is set is transferred with
the saving process and is valid for the currently
saved transmission code. A total of 32 transmitter
codes can be saved.

operating modes:
1. Give the programming button TA1
(for channel 1) and/or TA2 (for channel 2) a
short press <1.6 seconds). The LED flashes.
2. Repeat step 2 with your other transmitters.
3. Press a button of your transmitter and keep
this pressed. If the code has been saved the
LED will light up for 4 seconds and then flash
again. Release the transmission button.
4. Change to the operating mode with a short
press of the programming button TA1 or TA2
(<1.6 seconds).
“Roller blind/shutter motor control” operating
mode:
1. Give the programming button TA1 a short
press (<1.6 seconds). The programming mode
is activated. The LED flashes
2. Press button A or C of your transmitter and
keep it pressed. If the code has been saved the
LED will light up for 4 seconds and then flash
again. Release the transmission button.
Advice: The code of the related transmission
button B or D will be automatically assigned.
3. Repeat step 2 with your other transmitters.
4. Change to the operating mode by giving
programming buttons TA1 or TA2 a short
press (<1.6 seconds).
“ON/OFF” operating mode:
1. Give the programming button TA1
(for channel 1) and/or TA2 (for channel 2) a
short press <1.6 seconds). The LED flashes.
2. Press button A or C of your transmitter and
keep it pressed. If the code has been saved the
LED will light up for 4 seconds and then flash
again. Release the transmission button.
Advice: The code of the related transmission
button B or D will be automatically assigned
.3. Repeat step 2 with your other transmitters.
4. Change to the operating mode by giving
programming buttons TA1 or TA2 a short press
again (<1.6 seconds).
If the memory capacity is full, the LED will flash
rapidly for approximately 4 seconds.
Advice: Even in the event of a long power cut, the
programming will be retained.
Deleting individual transmission codes
In the delete mode you are able to selectively delete
individual transmission codes in the receiver.
1. Keep the programming button TA1
(for channel 1) or TA2 (for channel 2) pressed
for longer than 1.6 seconds. The delete mode
will be activated. The LED will flash very fast.
2. Press the desired transmission button. If the
transmission code has been deleted, the LED
will light up for approximately 4 seconds and
then continue to flash rapidly.
Advice: In the “Roller blind/shutter motor
control” and “ON/OFF” operating modes the
code of the related transmission button will
also be deleted.
3. Repeat step 2 with another transmitter or give
the programming button TA1 or TA2 a short
press (<1.6 seconds) to return to the operating
mode.
Reset (completely delete memory)
1. Keep the programming button TA1 or TA2
pressed for longer than 1.6 seconds.
The delete mode will be activated.
The LED will flash very rapidly.
2. Press the programming button TA1 or TA2
again for longer than 1.6 seconds. If the
memory has been completely deleted, the LED
will light up for approximately 4 seconds and
then continue to flash.
3. Give the programming button TA1 or TA2 a
short press (<1.6 seconds), to return to the
operating mode.
