Bad Comrade

RECOVERY EFFECTS AND DEVICES Bad Comrade Operating instructions

  • Hello! I've reviewed the user manual for the Recovery Effects Bad Comrade Glitch Pedal. This manual describes this hand-wired pedal with features such as on-the-fly distortion, modulation, glitch, and slicing effects. It includes controls for Time, Glitch, Volume, Stutter, and Freeze functions. I'm ready to answer your questions about it.
  • What does the TIME knob control?
What does turning the GLITCH knob to the left do?
What does the STUTTER switch do?
What does the FREEZE switch do?
Bad Comrade
(Glitch, Pitch, Slice, and Dice)
Is it a distortion pedal? Is it a
ring modulator? Delay? Just
call it the Bad Comrade, the
world’s first hand-wired glitch,
pitch, slice, and dice pedal. For
the adventurous guitarist (or
anyone wielding a 1/4” jack)
that craves unthinkable tones,
the Bad Comrade lets you
distort, modulate, glitch, and
slice on the fly.
Controls:
TIME

Glitch
Turning to the left will will increase
the threshold, cutting noise and
"clipping" the signal.
VOLUME

signal at the rate set by the time
knob.
