QUICK OPERATION GUIDE

1. Camera Introduce
2MP POE IP Camera.
Remote monitoring and control from anywhere with network.
Compatible with 3rd party software: iSpy, Milestone, Digifort and Blue Iris to watch the video(This does
not mean our camera would work with all the 3rd party software, if you are using software not listed
here and you are having a problem, please contact customer service).
Support Onvif protocol GB/T28281, work with Hikvision, DaHua, XM, Amcrest NVR, and QNAP
Storage etc.

3. APP
App "XMEye" Installation
• Scan the QR code or search for "XMEye" in Google Play or App Store. To use the camera, you will need
to set up an account with “XMEye”, create an account with User name and a Password.
Adding Camera
• Click “+” to add device.
• Add camera by scan QR Code on camera, a device ID should be automatically filled in the “device ID”
input box, then click “OK”. Or add device by local network (Make sure your mobile connecting Wi-Fi, and the
same router with camera connected), click ”search” , online camera is showing in the list.

Select the camera which you want to add, input password, then click “Add” and click the camera to view
the video.
4. Using CMS PC Client
Software Download: Download Software from the CD or from our wesite(https://jidetech-cctv.com) ,
open the file and install search tool in your computer.
Software Iinstallation: Install the software CMS on your computer, Open the PC client "CMS".
User name: super Password: leave it blank (no password)
Add Camera into CMS Software
• Click “System”➡”Device Manager”
• Click to add zone to manage surveillance points in different zones. Eg: Add “Home” and “Office”
and click ok.
• Click to add device to get IP address by click
•
Port: TCP port, different manufacture has its own original TCP port.
•
For instance, Dahua: 34667, Hikvision: 8000. User Name: User name Password: Leave it blank.

Selected the camera you want to add, then click
“
OK

Click "Edit Device" to edit the ip address.

Click

Auto Get
”
to let the camera automatically obtain the IP address of the same network segment as
the computer.

Click "IP Search" again to search for the IP address and add a camera.
•
Back to Monitor interface, Double-click the IP address, camera showing video on the display.
• Delete device：Choose the devices which you want to delete, then click .
Note: Please make sure the device is disconnected before modifying and deleting it.
• Import & Export surveillance points：Click to import or export surveillance points

Connection Test
：
Click to test the connection condition.
Change Language: The Menu of under “System”, then Click Apply.
Record
• Go to Local Configuration to Create a Record Plan. Select a Storage from your computer for the Videos.
• Make a Video Plan for the camera you want to record.
• Click Back to Device Configuration, Select a Camera and Click go to Record page.
• Click “ ” to enable the record.
Playback： Click go to below interface, select the recorded file to play.
Video Motion
：
•
Go to Local Configuration, Click “Alarm Setting” to enable Alarm.
• Click back to camera setting, Click go to Alarm setting.
•
Click Video Motion to enable alarm.
• Click to set up region. Click “ok”. You also can setup with selected time.
•
To add Email for alarm notification
：
Back to Setting, click , go to , double click “EMAIL”. Enable email and put your email information
as below picture showing. Then you can receive email alarm from camera.
DDNS Setting
：
• Click “ ” go to system setting, click go to .
• Double Click “DDNS” to enable DDNS and put your domain name, user name and password .
When device and CMS have penetration function, add device according serial no.
Note: Recommendation below Domain Name of Supplier CN99,DynDns, Oray,NO-IP,MYQ-SEE
User Manage:
•
Click “ ” go to system setting, Click go to “account“ Setting
• You can change password, add new user, delete user etc.
Auto Maintain Camera: Click go to system setting, Click go to “AutoMaintain“ to Set
camera maintain.
Reset Factory: Click go to “Default“ to Select Partial or all function to reset.
Import and Export File: Click go to “Import Export“. Import can upload file from your computer.
Export can save your file to computer.
Reboot: Click go to systemAdvancedReboot.
Upgrade
：
• Click go to systemAdvancedupgrade.
• Click “browse” to select a file and upgrade it.
Version Information： Select the camera and check version infromation, click “local config”“version
info”.
5. Using IE Browser

Adding Camera
• Open the software, click “IP search” to Find the camera in your network.
• Change the IP camera’s gateway.
• Modify the IP address according to picture, then Click “IP Search” to Research the new address of
modified camera.
• Log In: Selected the IP Camera, click “Web Browse” go to IE browser (Below than IE 11 version). You
will be prompted to download the browser plug-in "IPC_AX version". After installing the plug-in, re-open the
IE browser and enter the IP address to log in.
• View the Camera: User name: admin, Password: the password is empty by default. Click OK to log in and
click CAM to view.
6. APP push operation of XMEye
（
Two Step
）
PC setting:
•
Download the device manage which is located in the product manual
• Search equipment ( The initial IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.10）
•
Edit the network parameters ( Modify the network segment of the camera to the same local )
•
Enter 192.168.1.10 in Internet Explorer ( Currently only supports internet explorer, firefox 51 and below,
and google chrome 44 and below )
•
Click device choose Info ( The forth icon ) click version to enter in the statues interface, make sure that the
net status is connected.
•
Back to interface, select system, click network, double-click App push, check enable.
•
Return to the setting interface, select the intelligent alert interface, and check enable, app push, write log.
Mobile Phone Setting
：
1.
Click alarm, point alarm push, open the button of allow notifications
2.
Enter camera, enter camera settings interface, click intelligent alarm, open it
3. Wait 10 seconds, phone will display Alarm push
