used in this manual are as shown below.

The Triple Smart Sensor monitors amount of impurities

Caution
During operation, do not remove or replace the components of this product such as Water
Screw, Water Container. It can cause serious injury or burn.
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance
must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a
circuit that is regularly switched on and o by the utility.
a POWER ON: Touch the POWER button briey.
LEDs are turned on with beep sound.
The unit operates in [AUTO] mode when it is
initial operation.
b POWER OFF: Touch the POWER button
briey when operating.
LEDs are turned o with beep sound.
If the air lter has not been installed, it sounds
a beep sound. Please touch the power button
again after air lter installation.
Caution
Do not apply too much force when touching a button. It may cause malfunction.
Make sure that water container, water screw and air lter are assembled completely and
correctly before turning on the unit.
Notice
The unit may not be turned on when the oor is not leveled.
POWER button does not work if button lock function is enabled. Try again after disabling lock
function.

Pouring water
Pouring water
It does not need to remove water container from main unit when pouring water. You can
pouring the water directly to the water inlet on top of the product.
a Make sure that the product is installed
in a safe location and plug the power
cord before pouring water.
b Pour the water to the water inlet using a
proper container.
Fill the container with water slowly,
adjusting amount of the water.
Caution
Do not pour the water while operating. It may cause malfunction and the water can be splashed
around the unit.
Do not ll water over MAX mark. If the water is exceeds the MAX mark, the water screw may not
work normally and resulting in a safety hazard.
Do not ll the water container with hot or warm water. It may cause malfunction.
Do not put any disinfection cleaner, soap, fragrances, chemicals and so on to the water
container. It can be harmful to the human body.
Notice
Using the tap water is more sanitary. The tap water has the eect of inhibiting bacterial growth.
If using the water other than tap water such as groundwater, puried water, it may cause
bacterial growth and low mist.
If you smell chlorine in the tap water, it is recommended to leave the water for a day and then
use it.
You may see white stain in the water container depending on the water used. Clean the water
container frequently.
Carrying the water container lled with water may occur product damage or injury by dropping.
Pour the water after assemble the water container in the main unit.
When the water container is broken, be careful of injury due to pieces and sharp edges of
broken water container.

The unit oers two kind of operating modes. Choose the appropriate operating mode in
the environment where the unit is installed.
a Touch the POWER button briey.
The unit operates [Auto] mode or lately operated
mode.
b Touch the OPERATING MODE button
repeatedly to select the desired operating
mode.
Auto mode :
When you select the [Auto] mode, sensors
automatically detects impurities, odor level and
operates proper fan speed.
Manual mode :
When you select the [Manual] mode, you can
change the fan speed manually.

Press FAN SPEED button to select the preferred fan speed. The unit oers [Sleep], [Low],
[Hi (High)] and [Turbo] speeds.
a Touch the POWER button briey.
The unit operates in [Auto] mode or lately
operated mode.
b Touch the OPERATING MODE button
repeatedly to select the desired operating
mode.
Auto: The fan speed is selected automatically.
Manual: The fan speed can be selected manually.
c Touch the FAN SPEED button repeatedly to
select the desired fan speed.
Sleep :
The unit will operate quietly at minimal fan
speed.
Low :
The unit operates relatively low noise mode,
which works with low pan speed.
Hi (High) :
The unit operates at high fan speed.
Select this option when the air condition is
relatively bad.
Turbo :
The unit operates at maximum fan speed. Select
this option when air condition is bad.

For safety reasons, [Turbo] mode will be automatically changed to [Hi] mode after 90 minutes .
When you select the [Auto] fan speed mode, the unit detects impurities for ecient air
purication and switches the fan speed.
Fan speed switching conditions in [Auto] fan speed mode are depending on the amount of
impurities and odor level as below.
[Auto] mode : The unit analyze impurities, odor level and humidity and selects an optimal fan
speed.
[Manual] mode : You can change the fan speed manually.

dust sensor and odor sensor and indicates the current air condition by changing lighting
color.
a Touch the LIGHTING button when operating.
You can turn on or o the LED light by using
LIGHTING button.
Notice
Lighting color indicates the amount of impurities and odor level as table below. Lighting color
follows more bad condition between Impurities and odor level.

You can lock the button operations to prevent misuse, malfunction by children.
a Touch and hold the TIMER/LOCK button for
more than 3 seconds to enable child lock
function.
Every button operation except TIMER/LOCK
button will be restricted with beep sound.
b Touch and hold the TIMER/LOCK button for
more than 3 seconds to disable child lock
function.
The child lock function is disabled with beep
sound.
Setting timer
You can set timer to turn o the unit after time you have set.
a Touch the TIMER/LOCK button when
operating.
'1h' appears on the display.
b Press the TIMER/LOCK button repeatedly to
select the preferred time.

The unit is turned o after time you have set.

Unplug the power cord when you doing maintenance such as parts replacement, cleaning, repair,
etc.

Cleaning cycle may dier depending on the room environment, usage, and location of the unit.
Cleaning water container (everyday)
a Remove the water screw from the main unit.
b Remove the water container from the main
unit.
If there is water inside the container, be careful
not to spill water when disassembling.
c Fill the water container with warm water and
add a small amount of mild detergent.
And rub inside and outside of the water
container with soft cloth.
Wash the anti-lime cartridge and metal plate in
the running water.
d Rinse the water container in the running
water until all detergent residue is removed.
Dry container with a cloth and put it in the shade
until completely dried.
e Assemble the water container and the water
screw in reverse order of disassembling.

Cleaning water screw
Cleaning water screw (everyday)
a Pull the upper part of the water screw to
separate the water screw into two parts.
b Rotate the bottom of the water screw
clockwise to separate.
c Clean the upper part of the water screw in
the running water using a soft cloth.
d Clean the lower part of the water screw in
the running water and rub with the supplied
brush.
e Dry every parts with a cloth and put it in the
shade until completely dried.
f Assemble the water screw in reverse order of
disassembling.
Caution
Do not apply excessive force when brushing the water screw. It may cause water screw damage.
Do not use a rough brush. It may damage the unit.
