Personal Details Page1
Personal Details Page2
This page shows an overview
of the current day activities,
tap on the respective icons to
check the details
This page includes the following:
Heart rate page Enter this page to start
measuring heart rate manually and to check the
last2 readings
Note:please make sure the Heart Rate Sensor
is clean and has good contact with the skin;
and try to stay still during the measurement for
better accuracy.
The reading is just for reference and not
intended for medical use.
9.
Note:please note that the results will be
affected by too many factors and there are
chances that the sleep might not be recorded if
the“fall asleep criteria” (which is a set of
complicated conditions depending on the
amount of movement, wrist position and angle,
andthis will also change over time) is not
fulfilled. The device will record the sleeping
data from 8pm until next day 12pm only.
Typicallythe device will record sleeping after
you lie down and stop moving for 30min (if you
move quite a lot while sleeping and the “fall
asleep” criteria is not fulfilled before 5am, then
you won’t get the sleep data for that night),
and stop recording only when excessive
movements are detected as wake up.
So, there will be no sleeping data if we check
on the device or APP right after we wake up. It
is only when there are enough movements to
fulfill the “wake up” criteria that the sleeping
data will be available on device, and subse-
quentlysynchronized to APP. A "wake up"
criteria is fulfilled normally after you brush your
teeth or walk for more than 150steps after 8am

(and need more steps if it is before 7am). If
you wake up at 6am for toilet and then go to
bed again, this won't trigger a "wake up" but
just show as "awake" or "light sleep" in the
sleep analysis. Once a “wake up” is detected,
even if you go back to bed subsequently, it will
not be recorded anymore. There's no need to
reset the sleeping time of the device, it is
showing the sleepingtime on the previous night
and will be automatically reset to zero at 12am
midnight. Sleeping data cannot be estimated
very accurately just by monitoring heart rate
and movement as some actions also have very
similar characteristics as sleeping. For example,
if sitting still on bed and reading for 2 hours
before sleeping, those 2 hours are likely to be
deemed as sleeping. Similarly, if watching TV
on bed for 2 hours after waking up in the
morning, those 2 hours are likely to be deemed
as sleeping too.
