Care and Cleaning Assembling Your Mandoline
Thisstainlesssteelandplasticmandolineisdesignedtorequireonly
minimalmaintenance.Thebodyandthebladesaredishwasher
safe,buthandwashingisrecommendedtoextendproductlife.The
removableslicebladecanberemovedforsharpeningorreplacement.
Seethismanualforinstructiononremovalofthisblade.Whenstoring
theunit,alwaysturnthecontroldialto“0”topreventaccidentalcuts.

TO PREVENT INJURY:
Be aware of the blades built into the
mandoline before attempting to clean.
•Itisrecommendedtowashthemandolineinhotwater
beforeuse.
•Itshouldalsobewashedaftereveryuse,withhotsoapy
waterinthesinkorinthedishwasher.
•Rinsewithhotwaterinordertoflushoutresidue.
•Youmaythentowelorairdry.
•Donotcleanthemandolinewithanyimplementsthatmight
damagetheedgeoftheblades.
•Themandolinedoesnotrequireanylubricationoroil.
Lubricantsthatareunsafeforhumanconsumptionshould
notbeapplied.

Turnyourmandolineright
sideupandplaceitona
sturdysurface.
3. Usingthecontroldialas
showninImage 3,pressin
theouterringtowardsthe
mandolinetounlockthedial.
Thenproceedtoselectthe
typeofcutyoudesire.
4. Placethefoodtobeprocessed
intothehandguard.Using
theholderwithdownward
pressure,movebackandforth
acrossthecuttingbladesto
processfood.

tothemandolineasshowninImage 4.
5. Proceeddownwardwiththe
fooditemwithoutstopping
untilyou’vereachedthe
bottomofthemandoline
asshowninImage 5.
Keepagoodslicingpace,as
themomentumfromtopto
bottomhelpsmakeslicing
mucheasier.
To prevent injury, keep your hands
on top of the hand guard at all
times when using the mandoline.
DO NOT USE WITHOUT THE
HAND GUARD AS THE BLADES
ARE EXTREMELY SHARP.
