No Power and No Lighting
1 Check the DC Adaptor’s 3-pin plug been correctly inserted into the AC mains wall socket.
2 Has the small plug of the DC Adaptor been fully inserted into the DC Jack?
3 Has the Main Power switch on the front of the unit been pressed and the Panel Lighting On/Off
switch on the rear of the unit?
4 Press the LIGHT switch to ‘ON’.
5 Press the reset key (RESET) on the panel with a pen tip.
There is No Sound
1 Make sure the Mute function is turned off.
2 Check to make sure the power is turned on and the Standby button pressed.
3 Check that the volume is turned up by pressing Vol.+ button on the remote.
4Make sure the EXT. /INT. switch on back of unit is on "INT.", (unless you are using external speakers,
in which case it should be on "EXT.").
5 This unit cannot support “DTS” audio, do not select “DTS” audio.
6 Check if any headphones are still connected to the unit.
The Remote Control does not work
1 The battery charge level may be low or the battery may be completely discharged, replace the
battery with a new one.
Radio Reception is poor
1 Check whether the antenna/earth wire is connected properly.
2There is a directional built-in Ferrite Antenna for MW band. Rotate the whole set to find the position
in which the best reception is obtained.
Cannot insert a Disc
1 Check if there is not already a disc inserted.
2 Eject the disc inside and re-insert the new disc.
Cannot Eject the Disc
1 Press and hold the panel “EJECT” button for over 3 seconds.
Cannot Play the Disc
1 The disc is not inserted properly.
2 Try a different disc – if it plays, then re-insert the previous disc to check if it is not a faulty disc.
3 Make sure the disc has been inserted with the label side up.
4 The laser head may be dirty - clean the laser head with a special cleaning disc (not supplied).
Can’t switch the Language/Caption
1 The disc may contain only one language/caption. You cannot switch the language/caption if the
disc contains only one language/caption.
Touch Screen is disturbed
1 The touch screen has not been calibrated.
2 Re-calibrate the touch screen.
The Remote Control(s) does not store magnetically on the front cabinet
1 If a non-metal battery/batteries is/are inserted in the battery compartment, this will not allow the
handset(s) to attract the magnetic power from the unit, and therefore cannot stick to the cabinet.

LED LIGHTING CONTROL FUNCTION
To control the LED lighting use the Infra-red Remote Control handset, which has 28 buttons, the function
of each button is as in the table below:

CONNECTING TO THE MAINS POWER
This Jukebox is designed to be operated by 15V DC power – AC/DC Mains Adaptor is supplied.
PANEL KEYS FUNCTIONS
1. MAIN POWER : Main Power switch.
2. LIGHT : LED lighting ON/OFF switch.
3. STAND BY/MUTE : Stand by ON/OFF key - When the power is switched on:
:Press this key to switch the sound Off.
:Press it again to switch the sound On.
:Press and hold it to switch the unit to Stand By or Off.
4. RESET : Reset button.
5. R : Remote control Sensor area.
6. MIC : “Call for Bluetooth” voice communication window.
7. MENU : Menu Function key – to access the various menus.
8. VOL+ : Volume Up key – Press to increase the sound volume.
9. SEL : Sound setting function - Press this function key to set the unit’s sound,
and then press VOL + / VOL - to adjust the volume level.
10. VOL- : Volume Down key - Press this key to decrease the sound volume.
11. DOWN : Panel Display angle - Press this key and the Display will slide down.
12. UP : Panel Display angle - Press this and the Display will slide upwards.
13. OPEN/EJECT
:Press this key for the display to slide down horizontally, the DVD
drive/slot to open, press this key to make the display slide up again.
14. USB : Micro USB Port – Connect your USB device via the lead supplied.
PRECAUTIONS
To avoid accidents, please read the following precautions before installing and operating the
Jukebox:
ØTo ensure high quality video and audio effect, do not spray juice or other liquids on the
Jukebox or disc.
ØThe disc slot must be clean and wiped with a soft cloth if dusty: clean the disc with a soft
cloth before inserting it into the slot, or else dust may be brought into the Jukebox, the playing
effect will be affected and as time passes, it may be difficult or not possible to insert or eject
a disc. These are no faults with the Jukebox. If there problems occur, it may be necessary
to ask qualified personnel to clear the dust.
ØThe life of the Jukebox will be affected if it discs are played for a long time at high volume.
ØFor long life and good performance of the device, it is recommended to adjust the volume
to a medium level.
ØDo not try and rebuild or modify the device so as to avoid accidents.
ØThe discs in the table below are suitable for use with this Jukebox:
Note: Depending on the quality and/or the condition of the recording or disc, it may not be
possible to read all discs. Try again with another disc.
REMOTE CONTROLS - BUTTON DESCRIPTION

(1) MAIN UNIT REMOTE CONTROL
CONNECTING EXTERNAL SPEAKERS
1. This jukebox is equipped with external speaker outputs.
2. The speaker jacks for external speakers are located on the back of the jukebox. Beside the speaker
jacks is a switch labelled (INT./EXT.). When using external speakers, this switch must be switched
to the “EXT.” position - this will allow only the external speakers to play, all sound from the internal
speakers will be cut off.
3. If you decide not to use the external speakers, be sure the switch is in the “INT.” position or the
internal speakers will not work.
Note: Adjust the sound from the External Speakers to the desired listening level.
HEADPHONE CONNECTION
1. Connect your Headphones (not included) to the Headphone Jack on the rear of the unit.
2. Adjust the volume to a safe level.
Note: When using headphones, the sound from the internal speakers of the unit will be cut off.
Ensure the headphones are removed after each use to allow the sound to come out of the internal
or external speakers again.

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
BUTTON DESCRIPTION
1. STAND BY POWER button - Press this key to switch the unit On or Off.
2. MODE button - Press this button to switch between FM and playing mode.
3. BND button - Press to switch the wave band in FM/AM (=MW).
4. buttons - MENU selection/OK. In play mode, press the buttons to select
the desired menu, and then press the “ENTER” button.
5. ENTER button - Select the desired menu item and press the “ENTER” button to play it.
6. button - Return to the Menu / select. In DVD or VCD mode: Press " " button to return
to re-select the menu contents.
7. APS button - In FM mode: Press the “APS” button to adjust to a favourite programme.
In Playback mode - Press the APS button to repeat playing the track.
8. ST (stereo) button - In FM mode, switch between a Mono sound channel or Stereo channel.
9. LOC/RDM button - In FM mode: Press the “LOC/RDM” button to obtain the distant/near effect;
while playing, press the “LOC/RDM” button to play the tracks in a random order.
10. PBC (Interactive Playback Control) button - (menu) - in DVD and VCD mode:
Press this button to play all the tracks on the disc as they also appear on the TV.
You can press the number buttons (1-10+) on the remote control for direct selection of the required
track. To stop playback and select other tracks while playing a track in PBC, press the “ ” button
directly to return to the Menu for re-selection.
Press the “PBC” button again to cancel PBC playback.
11. OSD (On-Screen Display) Button - In DVD and VCD mode: Press the “OSD” button to show the
playing time, remaining time, total time or total remaining time on the TV.
12. 1-10+ Number Buttons - In FM mode: Press the number buttons “1-6” to select among the six
channels saved in different Wave Bands.
In Disc playing mode: Press the number buttons “1-10+” for direct track selection.
13. Disc OPEN/CLOSE button - Press to eject the disc.
14. PLAY/PAUSE button - Press to play or pause.

MUTE button - Press this repeatedly to silence the sound or switch the sound back on.
16. TITLE button - In DVD and VCD mode: “Title” is the menu of all the tracks on the disc. You can
press the number keys directly (1-10+) to select play or press the number key ”6“ on the remote
control to select the desired Menu and then press the “9” or “3” key to play.
Note: In CD and MP3 mode, “Title” consists of “No function/Voice/switch Chinese/English”.
17. SETUP button: In Disc playing mode, press the “Setup” button - the screen will display the contents
of the system Menu.
18. ANGLE button – Multi-angle selection; in DVD mode: Press the “Angle” button to watch the
contents of the DVD at different angles.
Note: this is only available for DVD discs that integrate multi-angle function.
19. SUB-T button - In DVD or VCD mode: Pressing this key allows switching subtitles.
20. ZOOM button - In DVD and VCD mode: Press this button to zoom into the screen twice, press
it twice to zoom in 3 times, and so on. Note: this does not work in CD or MP3 mode.
21. SEL button - A multifunction button. Select between the various modes as follows: VOL+/-, BAS+/,
TRE+/, BAL+/- , LOD on/off , EQ setting , BRL+/- , CON+/- COL+/- , SHP+/-, PP setting by pressing
the “SEL” key and “VOL-” , “VOL+” key.

GETTING STARTED
1. After removing the unit from the packaging, keep all the packing materials, just in case the unit
needs service in the future.
2. Remove the power supply (15V DC Adaptor) from the packaging and remove the wire tie from the
cable.
3. Connect the FM antenna to the ANTENNA JACK to improve FM Radio reception.
4. Connect the small end plug of the DC Adaptor to the back of the unit DC-in Jack and then the 3-
pin AC Mains plug to the wall socket.
5. Press the MAIN POWER button on the front of the unit to switch the main power on.
6. Press the STAND BY button to begin the operation.
7. Press the LIGHT button to switch the LED lighting system on.
GENERAL SYSTEM SETUP
Press the Main Power switch to switch the unit on and press the Stand by key of the Jukebox, the
device will enter the FM interface by default, as shown:

2. PICTURE SET-UP
Press “ PICTURE ” to enter the
Colour set-up interface.
In Colour Set-up, you can set the brightness (BRIGHT), contrast (CONT), colour (CHROMA),
sharpness (SHARP(ness), SOFT, FRESH (vivid), STAND(ard) and BRIGHT, eight colour modes,
and adjust to the optimal colour mode, as preferred.
3. SOUND SET-UP
Press “AUDIO” to enter the sound
set-up interface.
In Sound Set-Up, you can select among
TREB(le), BASS, Left/Right and Front/Rear,
as well as POP, ROCK, JAZZ and
CLASS(ical).
ØYou can quickly customize the VOL+/- , BAS+/- ,TRE+/- ,BAL+/- , LOD on/off , EQ setting, BRL+/-,
CON+/-, COL+/- , SHP+/- , PP setting by pressing the “SEL” key and “VOL-” , “VOL+” key.
4. RESET
Press the “RESET” key on the Panel to enter the Touch Screen Calibration.
The blue backlit screen calibration interface appears.
Press the cross in the centre of the screen for over two seconds; if the desired effect has not been
achieved after the calibration, press “Reset” to continue the calibration.
BASIC INTRODUCTION
1. FM OPERATION
In FM mode, the screen displays:

Press the “MODE” key to select FM mode,
and press the “BND” key repeatedly to select
the desired band in the following sequence:

6. BLUETOOTH FUNCTION
To enter the BLUETOOTH interface:
Press “ ” on the main menu, or
Press the “MODE” button on the Remote Control to enter the Bluetooth interface.
Then scan a new device in the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and pair this with
the mobile phone (pairing password: 0000).
When there is an incoming call, click “ ” to answer the call. When the call ends the device
resumes the previous mode.
When the device is connected to Bluetooth on a mobile phone, enter the telephone number
in the number keys area on the right of the screen and click “ ” to make the call. Click the red
” key when the call ends.
With the device connected to Bluetooth on a mobile phone, if there is music to play on the device,
please click “ ” to pause/play the file. Click “ ” or “ ” to fast forward/reverse.

” to play the next/previous track.
Click “menu back” to return to the Main Menu.
7. IPOD FUNCTION
Mount your iPOD on the universal IPOD DOCK on the top of the cabinet, and then switch it on.
Click the “ ” icon in the Main Menu to enter the IPOD function interface.
The display menu of the device is consistent with the IPOD Menu; touch the Menu on the touch screen

MANUAL/AUTO ADJUSTMENT (Radio)
Manual Adjustment: Press

Auto Adjustment: Press and hold

for 3-5 seconds to scan the radio channels
automatically; when a radio channel has been found, scanning will stop and the programme found
will play automatically.
Browsing/APS (Automatic Program Saving)
Press the “APS” button (for 5 seconds respectively) to browse the radio channels of the frequency;
when the desired channel is found, press this button again to play the programme.
Press and hold the “APS” button for 3 seconds to enable the automatic saving function, and the
radio starts scanning and saves automatically from the bottom frequency.
RDS (Radio Data System):
Press " PTY " – press NEXT " V " or PREV " "to choose your favourite PTY (Programme Type).
Press " TA " to receive Traffic Announcement information. If a signal is weak, press " AF
(Alternative Frequencies) to automatically search for a frequency list of the different RDS stations, and
the Jukebox will switch to the RDS station of the same frequency with the strongest signal.
1. PLAYING A DISC
In the Main Menu, select Disc Mode and insert a disc into the DVD/CD SLOT, ensuring the
label is facing upwards. The disc will start playing automatically.
If in another mode, and you wish to play a disc already in the slot (do not insert another disc), just
press the “ ” (home) button on the panel or return to the Main Menu and switch to Disc Mode
to play the inserted disc, the screen will display “Reading disc”.
EJECT KEY
In Disc Mode, press the “ ” button to eject the disc; if the disc is not removed within 10 seconds, it
will go back into the slot again but will not play; switch to DVD mode and play the disc.
Notes: If you do not insert the disc into the slot, the “ ” key will not function. Wait for about 10
seconds or press the scroll up key to return to the panel.
While playing a DVD, touch the LCD screen and the control panel will appear.
FAST FORWARD/REVERSE
On the playing interface, press the “ ” button to fast forward, and press the “
” button at the
point you wish to start playback.
On the playing interface, press the “ ” button to play fast reverse, and press the “ ” button
at the point you wish to start playback.
Press the “ ” button repeatedly: FF X2 *FF X4 *FF X8 *FF X20 *Play

TRACK PLAYING
Press “Menu playing” in the upper right-hand corner of the touch screen to enter the menu and
select the track you wish to play.
Press the number keys 0-9 on the remote control to play.
AUDIO SELECTION
While reading a disc, press the Sound Channel Switch key in the upper right-hand corner of the
touch screen or press the “AUDIO” key (the disc should integrate this function).
MP4/MP3 PLAYING
You can save your favourite MP3/MP4 music in any folder in USB/SD Card, and the folder name
will show on the display during playback.
The player goes back to FM mode when the USB/SD device is removed.
The MP4 Maximum Resolution is 800 x 480.
It is not guaranteed that all files can be played.
3. AUX IN MODE
Click “ ” to enter the AUX in mode or press the “MODE” key on the Remote control to switch
the playing source to AUX mode.
Simply plug the red and white connectors at one end of the cable to the red and white Aux-in Jacks
on the back of your unit. The other end of the cable will plug into the Audio Output Jack on the
external component. For more information on connection to the external component, see the
owner’s manual for that component.
Note: In AUX-IN mode, there will be no output signal from Video.
4. AUX OUT MODE
This device provides one line video output terminal, and two lines audio output terminals.
You can connect the VIDEO-OUT to a TV video input jack.
Using the Audio Output will allow you to run the audio from your unit into a home stereo system,
television or other stereo source. To make this connection, you will need standard RCA cables.
Plug the red and white connectors at one end of the cable into the red and white Audio Output jacks
on the back of the unit. The other end of the cable will plug into the Aux Input jacks of your selected
component. For more information on connecting to the external component, see the owner’s manual
for that component.
Note: You can still watch and listen to your unit when using the Video/Audio Output feature.
5. USB DEVICE & SD/MMC CARD PLAYBACK
When you insert the USB device (MP3 player, USB disk, etc.) or SD/MMC card (none supplied) into
the corresponding slot, the player starts playing the files automatically.
Return to the Main Menu, click USB, SD/MMC or press the MODE key on the remote control to play
the files on the USB device or the Memory card. The playing interface is shown below:
Click “Media” to select the MP4 or MP3 file.
Click “Back” to return to the Main Menu.
When playing a file:
Click “
” to pause/play the file.

” to play the next/previous track.
Click “Stop” to stop playback.
Click “Repeat” to select the play mode.
Click “Back” to return to the previous menu.
Notes:
Not all USB/SD devices generally on sale are guaranteed to work with this unit, due to the way they
are manufactured. It is not guaranteed all files will play.
