Installing Windows Driver
Follow these steps:
1. Set up the Windows driver.
The driver is location at:
CD:\NAPDOS\PCI\PISO-DIO\DLL_OCX\Driver\

Click the button to start the installation.
3. Click the button to install the driver into the
default folder.
4. Click the button to continue the installation.
5. Select “NO, I will restart my computer later” and
then click the button.

Installing Hardware on PC
Follow these steps:
1. Shut down and power off your computer.
2. Remove the cover from the computer.
3. Select an unused PCI slot.
4. Carefully insert your I/O card into the PCI slot.
5. Replace the PC cover.
6. Power on the computer.
After powering-on the computer, please finish the
Plug&Play steps according to the prompt message.

The Windows driver only supports Windows 98/NT/2000/
XP/2003/Vista 32-bit and 32-bit Windows 7 versions.

Wiring Note:
If your control device is an inductive load (ex: inductive relay),
it is recommended to connect a diode at the Control Device
side as a means of preventing damage from the counter EMF.

To prevent the board damaged forever by overload, the
GND pins (CON1: pin 1/20, CON2: pin 1/20) all must be
connected with GND of External Power.

Self Test
1. Prepare for device:
DN-37(Optional) wiring terminal board.
Exterior power supply device. For example: DP-665(Optional)
2. Use the DN-37 to connect the CON1 on board.
3. Set JP1 and JP2 to External (using external power).
4. Connect the DI(0-15) with DO(0-15).
DI0 with DO0 ... DI15 with DO15

Execute the PISO-P32C32U(-5V) sample program.
The sample program is contained in a zip file which
is located at:
CD:\NAPDOS\PCI\PISO-DIO\DLL_OCX\Demo\

7. Check the board number of the PISO-P32C32U(-5V),
and test DIO (0-15) functions.
8. Get DIO (0-15) function test result.
