4. Setting the age (forth icon on the “Setting”)
There are three numbers for setting the age. You
can short press to change the number. Once you
have entered the correct number, press the circle
button for 3 seconds to set the chosen number and
move to the next number. (These setting steps is
similar to setting the date and time) After
completed the age setting, please hold on the
circle button for 3 seconds to save.
8. Setting the step length (eighth icon on the “Setting”)
Please hold on the circle button for 3 seconds to
setting the length of step. You can short press to
change the number. Once you have entered the
correct number, press the circle button for 3
seconds to set the chosen number and move to
the next number. (These setting steps is similar
to setting the date and time) After completed the
height setting, please hold on the circle button
for 3 seconds to save.
Calories can be calculated on the age, height,
weight and the amount of exercise. So it is very
important that set your personal information on
this watch. The calories throughout the day will be
accumulated to display on the watch. (And the
data will be reset at 12:00 p.m or 24:00.)
Short press the circle button to the sleep interface,
then please hold on the circle button for 3
seconds. (You can short press the circle button to
turn on/off the sleep mode) You can select "ON" to
enable the sleep mode, then hold it again to exit
the sleep mode. This watch will not update your
sleep time in your real time, the recording time is
displaying 00:00. At the same time, there will be a
moon icon on the page of this time display. When
you wake up, you can select "OFF" to disable the
sleep mode, then you can get the sleep time.
As the GPS function is unavailable on this watch,
the measurement policy is according to this
formula: Distance=Steps * Step length. So it is
important that fill in correctly your personal info like
weight/height/age/step length etc. The distance
throughout the day also will be accumulated to
display on the watch. (And the data will be reset at
12:00 p.m or 24:00.)

height setting, please hold on the circle button for
3 seconds to save.
6. Setting the weight (sixth icon on the “Setting”)
There are three numbers for setting the weight. You
can short press to change the number. Once you
have entered the correct number, press the circle
button for 3 seconds to set the chosen number and
move to the next number. (These setting steps is
similar to setting the date and time) After completed
the weight setting, please hold on the circle button for
3 seconds to save.
7. Setting the unit format (seventh icon
on the “Setting”)
Please hold on the circle button for 3 seconds to
choose the unit: Metric/Imperial. You can short press to
switch it then hold on the circle button again to save the
setting.
Warm tips: If you select the “Metric”, the setting unit will
become cm/kg. If you select the “Imperial”, the setting
unit will become inch/pound.
Attention: To extend the life of this battery, it is recommend
that you can use the charging port with 5V/1A or lower than
5V/1A to charge it.

Attention: Setting the correct step length will help you get
more accurate distance traveled.
1. This watch is IP68 waterproof standard. You can wear it when
washing hands, running in the rain and swimming. But do not
wear it to take a shower, because it is not proof against the hot
water. Also, it is not suitable for diving, swimming in the sea or
having a sauna.
2. Because this watch band has not reached the edible level,
please keep the watch out of reach of babies and pets in case
they eat it by mistake.
3. If the band get dirty, we suggest you can use the hand
washing fluid and alcohol to clean the watch band.
b. The first setting unit is about the year. You can
short press to add the number. (If you miss the
correct number in any of the settings, you need to
add the number to the max. The program will then
take you back to the minimum number and you can
begin again.)
c. Once you have entered the correct number, press
the circle button for 3 seconds to set the chosen
number and move to the next setting which is the
month and date.
d. Warm tips: Short press to change the number and hold on the
circle button to save the number.
