SECTION I - chair with Vac Pack
Follow the steps in Section I if your chair has the
Vac Pack System already installed:
1. Remove the two button head screws from the
Vac Pack cover (See Figure 1).
2. Position the instrument holder assembly as
shown and Install it to the chair using the two
socket head screws provided (See Figure 2).

SECTION II - chair without Vac Pack
Follow the steps in Section II if your chair does
not have the Vac Pack System:
1. Remove the three Platform covers as shown
(See Figure 3). Discard the center platform
cover.
2. Insert the spacers provided in the holes in
the new platform cover and position the
cuspidor assembly as shown. Install the
assembly to the chair platform using the two
socket head screws provided (See Figure 4).
3. Replace the covers.

SECTION III - Height adjustment
The height of the instrument holder can be easily
adjusted by the following procedure:
1. While supporting the instrument holder, Loosen
the upper adjustment sleeve by turning it
counterclockwise until the post can be moved
up and down.(See Figure 5).
2. Slide the post up or down to the desired height
and tighten the sleeve firmly.
