Intended Use:
To provide drainage for urology procedures.
Step 1: Run BASE, TILT, & FOOT functions all the way UP.
Unplug power cord.
Step 2: Remove seat / back upholstery.
Step 3: Remove mounting board
and support plate.
Restrictions:
Not for use with rotational base units.

Wire Harness Cover
Cage Bracket
Step 5: Remove two screws from
wire harness cover.
Note: Keep screws to secure cage bracket.
Step 6: Position the cage bracket as desired (see Note).
Secure with two screws.
Note: The cage bracket can be positioned on either side of the chair.
Step 4: Remove four nuts and
pan holder assembly.

Step 7: Install hose guide.
Step 8: Install washers on new pan holder.
Note: Install three washers on both front studs &
one washer on right rear stud.
Step 9: Position pan holder.
Secure with four nuts.
Step 10: Secure cage to
mounting bracket.
Step 11: Attach hose to hose clip.
Insert hose clip into bottle.
Install bottle into cage.
Step 12: Route hose thru chair.
Attach hose to drain pan w/ hose clamp.
