Tips for Using your Vangogh360
Place the unit in an open space with no furniture/fixtures covering or blocking the unit.
If using the Vangogh360 as a stand-alone unit, be sure to switch the fan on (the button is on the top of
the unit). This will allow the scent to disperse and avoid scent concentration in a particular area.
The unit must always stay in its upright position. If it tips over with oil inside, it will break the diffuser.
Always remove the oil when transporting the unit.
Only Aroma360 oils should be used in the diffuser. Failure to do so will void any warranty.
If using the diffuser in a public space, we suggest using the lock feature for the control panel to prevent
tampering with the settings. (Hold the MODE button for 10 seconds. When you hear a long beep, it
means the settings are locked. To unlock, hold the MODE button for another 10 seconds.)
HVAC Connection
The Vangogh360 is a flexible unit that has stand-alone capabilities and HVAC capabilities. Here are the
instructions for getting your Vangogh360 to work with the HVAC system.
1. Remove the silver nozzle at the top of the unit by unscrewing it counterclockwise.
2. Replace it with the External HVAC Connector Nozzle (black part facing up) and screw it in clockwise and
make sure it is tightly secured.
3. Using a screwdriver, make a scent point (a small hole) in the duct work that is between 0.5-1.5 feet after
the air handler. The diameter of the scent point should be the same as the clear tube that was included
with your Vangogh360.
4. Insert one end of the clear tube into the External HVAC Connector Nozzle and the other end into the
duct work. Be sure to cut any excess tubing. Seal the scent point with HVAC tape.
