CLEANSE
With a water-based cleanser or NuFACE® Prep-N-Glow®
Facial Towelette, cleanse the body region to be treated.

A CTIVATE
Apply a mask-like layer of NuFACE Hydrating Aqua
Gel to treatment area.
FIRM 5 minutes
Using the NuBODY Device perform glides/holds
on each area of concern. Repeat the sequence for
5 minutes until the device automatically powers off.
Smooth remaining NuFACE Activator into skin and
finish with you body care regimen.
FINISH / REPEAT 5 minutes
Complete steps on opposite side of body if
needed.

• Back of thighs (5 min per side)
• Buttocks (5 min per side)
• Front of thighs (5 min per side)
• Abdomen and waist (10 min)
• Arms (5 min each
GLIDES - Glide spheres slowly with medium to firm pressure in a motion following the direction of the arrows until the beep sounds.
Cover the entire treatment area in 3-5 positions as shown in the illustration, repeating the sequence for 5 minutes until the device
automatically powers off.
HOLDS - Hold spheres for 35 beeps on targeted areas, such as dimpled or uneven skin. Proceed to next treatment area and
repeat.
