CONNECT YOUR DEVICE TO THE NETWORK
1. Download the Hamilton Player app
from the app Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.
2. Power on the Hamilton appio speaker, the LED indicator will
ash. Open the app and select add the device.
3. Go to your Wi- sengs page and connect to the appio Wi-
network (APPIO_XXXX).
4. Return to the Hamilton player app

Your appio speaker can now be connected via an Ethernet cable from
your speakers to your router (Please refer to diagram on page 6) called
Wired connecons via Ethernet

5. Connect your Hamilton appio to your home router,
Enter your network password and press connue.
6. You are now connected to your home network.
7. Choose device name or custom name, then press the >
symbol.
8. Reconnect to your home network.
9. Your appio speaker is now ready to play music.

ADDING MORE DEVICES
1. Click “+” on the “ DEVICE LIST” page.
2. Go to your Wi- sengs page and connect to the appio Wi-
Network (APPIO_XXXX).
3. Return to the Hamilton player app
4. Connect your Hamilton appio to your home router.
Enter your network password and press connue.
5. You are now connected to your home network.
6. Choose device name or custom name, then press the >

MULTI-ROOM PLAYING
Play synchronously or independently. Group devices and play the
same music through all speakers in your network or you can
independently play dierent music to selected speakers creang
a mul-zone audio system.
1. Open the “DEVICE LIST” screen.
2. Click and drag any device bar into any device bar, this creates a
group in Which all the speakers will play the same music.
3. Click and drag any slave Wi-Fi receiver out of its respecve
group, this Un-groups the Wi-Fi receiver and they will now play
individually.

Firmware update
Hamilton will nofy you in your app when there is a new
rmware version available. It’s recommended to update
rmware whenever available as this might not only correct
bugs and improve security, but could also add new features or
services.

Q: Why can’t I stream music to my Hamilton appio Wi-Fi speaker?
A: Make sure your smart phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network
as your Hamilton appio Wi-Fi speaker. If you are using a third party music app,
Please check if the app supports Airplay, DLNA or Qplay protocol.
Q: Can the Hamilton appio Wi-Fi speaker be controlled independently by two
dierent smart phones/ tablets at the same me or can it only be controlled with

A: Yes,it can be controlled by dierent phones at the same me

A: The appio Wi-Fi speaker support most Audio formats including MP3, WMA, A
AC (AAC+), Apple, Lossless, FLAC, APE, etc.
Q: Does it support mul-room playback?
A: Yes, you can play the same song from mulple speakers. The speaker will work
together providing a minimal delay of less than 5 milliseconds.
Q: How Many devices can be connected to control the appio Wi-Fi speaker
simultaneously.
A: For the current version of the Hamilton appio Wi-Fi speaker up to 6 devices can
be connected to control the appio Wi-Fi speaker simultaneously

Q: Can you stream one Spofy to mulple appio speakers simultaneously?
A: Yes you can stream one Spofy account to a group of appio speakers.

Q: When un-grouping my speaker from a mul speaker group, some devices
may disappear from the device list.
A: If this occurs please refresh the device list page, if the issue persists, then force
close the app and re open.
