Questa guida rapida consente di effettuare rapidamente l'installazione e il collegamento della telecamera IP Fisheye. Per mag-
giori dettagli, fare riferimento al manuale d'uso della telecamera IP.

Installazione della telecamera IP
Per effettuare l'installazione della telecamera IP, seguire le seguenti istruzioni.
Alimentazione della telecamera
Per alimentare la telecamera IP, inserire il cavo 12 VCC / 24 VCA nella morsettiera di alimentazione. Alternativamente, collegare
il cavo Ethernet alla porta RJ-45 della telecamera e inserire l'altra estremità del cavo in uno switch PoE.
NOTA: Se si utilizza la tecnologia PoE, accertarsi che nella rete sia in uso l'apparecchiatura Power Sourcing Equipment
(PSE) che fornisce l'alimentazione.
Collegamento del cavo Ethernet
Collegare un'estremità del cavo Ethernet CAT5 al connettore RJ-45 della telecamera IP e l'altra estremità del cavo allo switch
di rete o al PC.

NOTA: In alcuni casi, può essere necessario utilizzare un cavo Ethernet crossover (incrociato) per collegare la tele-
camera IP direttamente al PC.
NOTA: Controllare lo stato dell'indicatore di collegamento e di attività a LED; se i LED non sono illuminati, verificare
il collegamento LAN.
La spia verde link indica il corretto collegamento di rete
La spia di attività arancione lampeggia per indicare l'attività di rete.
Prima di accedere alla telecamera IP
Quando si effettua il collegamento alla telecamera IP, un programma client verrà installato automaticamente sul PC in uso.
Prima di accedere alla telecamera IP, accertarsi che sia consentito scaricare il controllo ActiveX cambiando l'impostazione
dei controlli ActiveX e plug-in o impostando il livello di sicurezza Internet sul valore predefinito. Per maggiori dettagli, fare
riferimento al manuale d'uso della telecamera IP.
Impostazioni plug-in e controlli ActiveX Livello di sicurezza Internet
Fase 1: Avviare Internet Explorer (IE).
Fase 2: Selezionare <Strumenti> dal menu princi-
pale del browser. Quindi fare clic su <Opzioni In-
ternet>.
Fase 3: Fare clic sulla scheda <Sicurezza> e sele-
zionare “Internet” e fare clic su <Livello personaliz-
zato> per modificare le impostazioni ActiveX.
Fase 4: Impostare gli elementi del gruppo “Con-
trolli ActiveX e plug-in” su <Chiedi conferma> o
<Attiva>.
Fase 1: Avviare IE.ù
Fase 2: Selezionare <Strumenti> dal menu princi-
pale del browser. Quindi fare clic su <Opzioni Inter-
net>.
Fase 3: Fare clic sulla scheda <Sicurezza> e sele-
zionare “Internet.”
Fase 4: In fondo alla pagina, premere “Livello pre-
definito” e fare clic su <OK> per confermare l'impo-
stazione. Chiudere la finestra del browser e aprirne
una nuova successivamente per accedere alla tele-
camera IP.
Accesso alla telecamera IP
L'indirizzo IP predefinito della telecamera IP è:
192.168.0.250
192.168.0.250. Di conseguenza, per accedere la prima volta alla teleca-
mera IP, impostare l'indirizzo IP del PC su: 192.168.0.XXX; per esempio:
Indirizzo IP: 192.168.0.100
Maschera di sottorete: 255.255.255.0
ID di accesso e relativa password
• Digitare l'indirizzo IP della telecamera IP nella barra indirizzi del browser web e fare clic su <Invio>.
• Immettere il nome utente predefinito (Admin) e la relativa password (1234) nel dialogo di immissione password. Si
tenga presente che il nome utente distingue tra maiuscole e minuscole.
Installazione del controllo ActiveX
• Dopo aver effettuato il collegamento alla telecamera IP, appena sotto alla barra indirizzi viene visualizzata la richiesta
di installare il controllo ActiveX.
• Fare clic con il pulsante destro sulla barra informazioni e quindi fare clic su “Installa controllo ActiveX... per consen-
tire l'installazione del controllo ActiveX.

Nella finestra a comparsa di avviso di sicurezza, fare clic su <Installa> per avviare il download del software DC Viewer sul PC.
Fare clic su <Fine> al termine dell'installazione.
Visualizzatore basato sul browser
Nella seguente figura è riportata la pagina principale dell'interfaccia utente della telecamera IP. Si tenga presente che i pulsanti
delle funzioni variano a seconda del modello di telecamera.

AVVERTENZE PER L'INSTALLATORE
- Leggere attentamente le av ver ten ze contenute nel pre sen te do cu men to in quanto for ni sco no importanti indicazioni ri guar -
dan ti la sicurezza di in stal la zio ne, d'uso e di ma nu ten zio ne.

Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio assicurarsi dell'integrità del l'ap pa rec chio. Gli ele men ti dell'imballaggio (sacchetti di pla sti ca, po li -
sti ro lo espanso, ecc.) non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. L'esecuzione del-
l'impianto deve essere ri spon den te alle nor me CEI vigenti.
- È necessario prevedere a monte dell'alimentazione un appropriato in ter rut to re di tipo onnipolare facilmente accessibile con
separazione tra i contatti di almeno 3mm.
- Prima di col le ga re l'apparecchio ac cer tar si che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete di di stri bu zio ne.
- Questo ap pa rec chio dovrà essere de sti na to solo all'uso per il quale è stato espres sa men te concepito, e cioè per sistemi di
TVCC. Ogni altro uso è da con si de rar si im pro prio e quindi pericoloso. Il costruttore non può essere con si de ra to re spon sa bi -
le per even tua li danni derivanti da usi impropri, erronei ed ir ra gio ne vo li.
- Prima di ef fet tua re qual si a si operazione di pu li zia o di ma nu ten zio ne, disinserire l'apparecchio dalla rete di ali men ta zio ne
elettrica, spe gnen do l'interruttore del l'im pian to.
- In caso di guasto e/o di cattivo fun zio na men to del l'ap pa rec chio, togliere l'ali men ta zio ne me dian te l'interruttore e non ma no -
met ter lo. Per l'even tua le ri pa ra zio ne ri vol ger
si so la men te ad un centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato dal costruttore. Il

- Non ostru i re le aperture o fessure di ven ti la zio ne o di smaltimento calore e non esporre l’apparecchio a stillicidio o spruzzi
d’acqua.
- L'installatore deve as si cu rar si che le in for ma zio ni per l'uten te siano pre sen ti sugli ap pa rec chi derivati.
- Tutti gli apparecchi costituenti l'impianto devono essere de sti na ti esclu si va men te all'uso per cui sono stati con ce pi ti.
- ATTENZIONE: per evitare di ferirsi, questo apparecchio deve essere assicurato alla parete secondo le istruzioni di installa-
zione.

Direttiva 2002/96/CE (WEEE, RAEE).
Il simbolo del cestino barrato riportato sull’apparecchio indica che il prodotto, alla fine della propria vita utile, dovendo
essere trattato separatamente dai rifiuti domestici, deve essere conferito in un centro di raccolta differenziata per ap-
parecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche oppure riconsegnato al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di una nuova ap-
parecchiatura equivalente.
L’utente è responsabile del conferimento dell’apparecchio a fine vita alle appropriate strutture di raccolta. L’adeguata raccolta
differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientalmente
compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è
composto il prodotto. Per informazioni più dettagliate inerenti i sistemi di raccolta disponibili, rivolgersi al servizio locale di smal-
timento rifiuti, o al negozio in cui è stato effettuato l’acquisto.
Rischi legati alle sostanze considerate pericolose (WEEE).
Secondo la nuova Direttiva WEEE sostanze che da tempo sono utilizzate comunemente su apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici sono
considerate sostanze pericolose per le persone e l’ambiente. L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’ap-
parecchio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possi-
bili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composto il prodotto.
Il prodotto è conforme alla direttiva europea 2004/108/CE e successive.

IP Camera Installation
Please follow the instructions below to complete IP Camera installation.
Power up the Camera
To power up the IP Camera, please plug the camera’s DC 12V/ AC 24V cable into the power terminal block.
Alternatively, connect the Ethernet cable to the camera’s RJ-45 port and plug the other end of the cable into a PoE switch
.
NOTE: If using PoE, make sure Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) is in use in the network.
Ethernet Cable Connection
Connect one end of the CAT5 Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 connector of the IP Camera, and the other end of the cable to the
network switch or PC.

NOTE: In some cases, you may need to use an Ethernet crossover cable when connecting the IP Camera
directly to the PC.
NOTE: Check the status of the link indicator and activity indicator LEDs; if the LEDs are unlit, please check
LAN connection.
Green Link Light indicates good network connection.
Orange Activity Light flashes for network activity indication.
Before Login to the IP Camera
A client program will be automatically installed on your PC when connecting to the IP Camera. Before logging in to the IP Ca-
mera, please ensure downloading the ActiveX control is allowed by either changing the ActiveX controls and plug-ins or setting
Internet’s security level to default. For further details, please refer to the IP Camera’s user manual.
ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins Settings Internet Security Level
Step 1: Start the Internet Explorer (IE).
Step 2: Select <Tools> from the main menu of the
browser. Then click on <Internet Options>.
Step 3: Click on the <Security> tab and select “Inter-
net”, and click on <Custom level> to change ActiveX
settings.
Step 4: Set “ActiveX controls and plug-ins” items to
<Prompt> or <Enable>.
Step 1: Start the IE.
Step 2: Select <Tools> from the main menu of the brow-
ser. Then click on <Internet Options>.
Step 3: Click on the <Security> tab and select “Inter-
net.”
Step 4: Down the page, press “Default Level” and click
on <OK> to confirm the setting. Close the browser win-
dow, and open a new one later for accessing the IP Ca-
mera
IP Camera Login
The IP Camera’s default IP address is: 192.168.0.250. Therefore, to access the IP Camera for the first time, set the PC’s IP
address
as: 192.168.0.XXX; for example:
IP Address: 192.168.0.100
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Login ID & Password
- Key in the IP Camera’s IP address in the URL bar of the Web browser window and click on <Enter>.
- Enter the default user name (Admin) and password (1234) in the prompt request dialogue. Note that user name is case
sensitive.
Install the ActiveX Control
- After connecting to the IP Camera, the request for installing the ActiveX control will appear just below the URL bar.
- Right click on the information bar, and then click on “Install ActiveX Control…” to permit ActiveX control installation.

In the pop-up security warning window, click on <Install> to start downloading DC Viewer software on the PC.
Click on <Finish> after DC Viewer installation is complete.
Browser-based Viewer
The main page of the IP Camera user interface is shown as the figure below. Please note that function buttons will vary depending
on the camera model.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLERS
- Carefully read the instructions on this leaflet: they give important information on the safety, use and maintenance of the in-
stallation.
- After removing the packing, check the integrity of the set. Packing components (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene etc.) are
dangerous for children. Installation must be carried out according to national safety regulations.
- It is convenient to fit close to the supply voltage source a proper ominipolar type switch with 3 mm separation (minimum) bet-
ween contacts.
- Before connecting the set, ensure that the data on the label correspond to those of the mains.
- Use this set only for the purposes designed, i.e.for CCTV systems. Any other use may be dangerous. The manufacturer is
not responsible for damage caused by improper, erroneous or irrational use.
- Before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect the set.
- In case of failure or faulty operation, disconnect the set and do not open it.
- For repairs apply only to the technical assistance centre authorized by the manufacturer.
- Safety may be compromised if these instructions are disregarded.
- Do not obstruct opening of ventilation or heat exit slots and do not expose the set to dripping or sprinkling of water.
- Installers must ensure that manuals with the above instructions are left on connected units after installation, for users' infor-
mation.
- All items must only be used for the purposes designed.
- WARNING: to avoid the possibility of hurting yourself, this unit must be fixed to the wall according to the installation in-
structions.
- This leaflet must always be enclosed with the equipment.
Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE)
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol marked on the product indicates that at the end of its useful life, the product must
be handled separately from household refuse and must therefore be assigned to a differentiated collection centre for
electrical and electronic equipment or returned to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent item of equipment.
The user is responsible for assigning the equipment, at the end of its life, to the appropriate collection facilities.
Suitable differentiated collection, for the purpose of subsequent recycling of decommissioned equipment and environmentally
compatible treatment and disposal, helps prevent potential negative effects on health and the environment and promotes the
recycling of the materials of which the product is made. For further details regarding the collection systems available, contact
your local waste disposal service or the shop from which the equipment was purchased.
Risks connected to substances considered as dangerous (WEEE).
According to the WEEE Directive, substances since long usually used on electric and electronic appliances are considered
dangerous for people and the environment. The adequate differentiated collection for the subsequent dispatch of the appliance
for the recycling, treatment and dismantling (compatible with the environment) help to avoid possible negative effects on the
environment and health and promote the recycling of material with which the product is compound.
Product is according to EC Directive 2004/108/EC and following norms.
