FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
THE MANUFACTURER warrants this automatic washer,to consumer* only, againstdefects in material or
workmanshipfor a periodofoneyear fromthe dateof itsoriginalpurchaseby a consumerfor home use.
THE MANUFACTURER, willrepairor replace,at itsoption,anyautomaticwasherwhichevidences,withinthe
warrantyperiod,a defectin materialor workmanship.
LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Tenth Years
During the periodbeginningwith the expirationof the fullone yearwarrantyand continuingthroughthe tenth
yearafterdate of originalpurchaseby a consumer,THE MANUFACTURER, will:
1. Replace or repair any transmissionthat has failed as a result of defective materialor
workmanship. See reverse side of this certificate for illustration of parts covered by this
limited warranty.
2. Repair or replace any tubthat has failed as a result of defective material or workmanship.
Owner will pay for mileage, and / or transportation, if required for service, and all labor costs.
LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Twenty-Second Years
During the period beginning with the expiration of the full one year warranty and continuing through the
twenty-secondyearafter date of originalpurchase by aconsumer,THE MANUFACTURER, will:
Repairorreplaceanytub thathasfailedas a resultof defectivematerialorworkmanship.
Ownerwillpayfor mileage,and/ ortransportation,if requiredforservice, and alllabor costs.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL WARRANTIES
EXCLUSIONS
THE MANUFACTURER'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANY
MALFUNCTION OR OTHER PROBLEM CAUSED BY:
1. Unreasonableuse, suchas butnotlimitedto:
(a) Impropersettingof controls(seeowner's guide).
(b) Improperinstallationincludingfailureto conformto localelectricalcodes.
(c) Impropervoltagesupply,looseelectricalconnectionsor blownhousefuses.
2. Circumstancesnotattributableto a defectin materialorworkmanship.
3. Partsnotcoveredbythe limitedwarranty,duringthelimitedwarrantyperiod.
4. Unauthorizedrepair,alteration,modificationor adjustment.

SERVICE, P.O. Box 2370, Cleveland, TN 37230-2370. To save time, your letter should include the
complete model and serial number of the warranted appliance, the name and address of the dealer from
whomyoupurchasedthe appliance,the date ofpurchaseanddetailsconcerningyour problem.
UMITATION OF LIABlUTY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON AS A RESULT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY UNLESS HEREIN OTHERWISE PROVIDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

state. No one is authorizedto increase, alter, or enlarge THE MANUFACTURER'S responsibilitiesor
