HE-HB7 (Retaining Ring)

Applications: 2013 and older Harley

Davidson’s with the 7” round

headlight

Tools Needed – Phillips Screwdriver

Instructions:

Refer to the motorcycle’s instructional manual for proper

headlight removal.

For most applications follow these steps:

1. Remove trim ring (if applicable) by removing (1) Phillips

screw at bottom of trim ring.

2. Remove (3) screws from the headlight retaining ring and

remove headlight.

3. Remove (4) screws from the headlight bracket and

remove bracket.

4. Install new HEISE headlight bracket with the previously

removed (4) screws.

NOTE: HEISE headlight bracket will come with foam

tape already installed on bracket to reduce vibration. If

installing the HE-BHL704 REMOVE the foam tape from

bracket.

5. Remove new retaining ring from bracket and install the

new LED headlight then reinstall the retaining ring with

the (3) screws.

6. Reinstall the trim ring (if applicable) around headlight

with the Phillips screw.
