straight-from-the-plant pineapple in one smooth cutting stroke.
• Clear the prep work station more quickly and efficiently—in the
same single cutting action the entire pineapple outer shell falls off in
three large pieces that are easy to grab and throw away.
• Reduce food waste with a cutting tolerance that removes the core,
the shell and nothing else.

makes for super-easy operation, with features that:
• Increase productivity by reducing operator fatigue, courtesy of a
special ergonomic handle.

locking mechanism that holds the handle in the “up” position while
