Peeling, Coring and Slicing
1. Take the handle (9) and push the threaded hole to the end of the
sha (8). Hold the sha sll with one hand and turn the handle
clockwise unl it is ght.
2. Press the screw regulator (10) and the slide sha back to its full
capacity.
3. Aach the appliance to any at smooth surface by holding the base
(11) with one hand and pushing the clamp lever with the other hand.
The appliance should be fully aached to the surface.
4. Push the apple, stem end rst all the way onto the prongs as
illustrated in the diagram below
5. Ensure that the peeling blade armature (4) is standing upright and
the catch is disengaged. Turn the handle unl the apple is against the
eye of the coring/slicing blade (2)
6. Undo the coring/slicing blade wing nut (3) and align the eye of the
coring/slicing blade with the centre of the apple and then ghten the
coring/slicing blade wing nut.
7. Turn the handle in a clockwise fashion unl the apple is completely
sliced and cored.
8. Carefully pull the apple from the prongs whilst holding the sha with
the other hand. Turn the handle an-clockwise to release the core
from the sha.

Peeling Only
1. Press the screw regulator (10) and slide the sha back to its full
extent (8).
2. Aach the appliance to any at smooth surface by holding the base
(11) with one hand and pushing the clamp lever (12) with the other
hand. The appliance should then be fully aached to the surface.
3. Loosen the coring/slicing blade wing nut (3) and disengage the coring/
slicing blade (2) so it is now in a horizontal posion.
4. Push an apple stem end rst all the way onto the prongs (1).
5. Turn the handle clockwise unl the apple has completely passed
through the peeling blade (2). The apple should now be peeled.
6. Carefully remove the apple by holding the base of the appliance with
one hand whilst turning the handle in an an-clockwise direcon.
Slicing and Coring Only
1. Press the screw regulator (10) and slide the sha back to its full
extent (8).
2. Aach the appliance to any at smooth surface by holding the base
(11) with one hand and pushing the clamp lever (12) with the other
hand. The appliance should then be fully aached to the surface.
3. Pull the peeling blade armature (4) back and secure it in place with
the catch.
4. Push an apple stem end rst onto the prongs. (1)
5. Ensure that the Peeling blade armature (4) is standing upright and the
catch is disengaged. Turn the handle unl the apple is against the eye
of the coring/slicing blade. (2)
6. Undo the coring/slicing blade wing nut (3) and align the eye of the
coring/slicing blade with the centre of the apple and then ghten the
coring/slicing blade wing nut.
7. Hold the apple with one hand and turn the handle an-clockwise to
release the core from the sha. The apple is now ready for
consumpon.

Adjusng The Blades
1. To adjust the minimum fruit diameter, use a screwdriver to turn the
adjustment screw (5) clockwise or counter clockwise unl the desired
distance is achieved.
2. To adjust the peeling depth, loosen the peeling blade wing nut (7) and
adjust the peeling blade (6) to the desired depth then fasten the peeling
blade wing nut.

order number is required as proof of purchase date so it is imperave that
you keep it safe. This guarantee only applies if the item has been used solely
for the use intended, and all instrucons have been followed accordingly.
Please note this product is only for domesc use only and is not for
commercial use.
Abuse of your product will invalidate the guarantee. Returned goods can
only be accepted if repackaged properly within the original colour product
box, and presented with the original receipt of sale/order number. This does
not aect your statutory rights.
Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to
delivery condion as possible.
If your product develops a problem within the rst 12 months of the xed
warranty, we will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to us. Aer 12
months the customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product to
us. We will then pay to have the repaired/replaced item shipped back to the
customer.

Customers are responsible for any taxes applied to our products when they
are shipped outside of the EU.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Once a product has been returned to us, we will aim to repair or replace it

within 30 days of receipt.
The guarantee does not cover any defect arising from improper use,
damage, build-up of lime scale or repair aempts made by third-pares.
Also, the guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of individual parts.
Recycling Informaon for Non-Electrical Products
Make unwanted products and packaging available for recycling.
Separate collecon and recycling of used products, baeries and packaging
allows the recovery and recycling of materials. Re-use of materials helps
prevent environmental polluon and reduces the demand for raw materials.
