upright position as shown

Locate the Media Rod and•
Wheel and install as shown
Loosen all of the thumb screws•
and adjust the position as
shown and then tighten
The Media Wheel should be•
close to the center of the
conveyor
Adjustments forward and•
backward will depend on the
media length

Connect the Conveyor’s 9-pin •
power cable to the 9-pin
connector on the back of the
Ilumina

into position as

To increase or decrease•
the belt tension, loosen
the screw on the
adjustment plate
To increase tension, push•
the plate counter
clockwise and tighten
the screw while holding
the plate in position

Belt guides on the bottom of the conveyor control the tracking•
position of the belts
The Exit Conveyor is now ready for use. Notice that the conveyor runs
only when needed.
To test the Conveyor, set the speed control knob on the front of the
Ilumina Press to Maximum. Power the Ilumina Press on. During the
initialization process the Conveyor will run for a few seconds and then
shut down.
The Conveyor will run when a print job sent to the Ilumina Press
begins printing. The Conveyor will shut down once the Ilumina Press
has completed the print job and returned to an idle state.
