Southbend KELS-100

The Southbend KELS-100 is a commercial electric steam kettle with a 100-gallon capacity. It is made of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 sanitary finish and has a 2/3 jacketed stainless steel hinged cover. The kettle has a 2" diameter sanitary compression disc drawoff valve and a recessed control panel with a direct immersion thermostat, cooking light, pressure gauge, low water light, and contactor. Safety features include a low water cut-off and a pressure relief valve.
