1 GENERAL

1.1 Symbols
The following symbols appear on the machine.

2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read through these instructions carefully.
Learn all the controls and the correct use of the
unit.
Fit all cables according to the instructions.
Loose cables can cause wear and vibration
damages.
Protect all cables from moving parts on the
machine. Friction can cause wear damages.
Check regularly that the cable insulation is
intact and that the above mentioned is fulfilled.
3 DESCRIPTION
3.1 General
The accessory kit is intended for use on GGP’s
machines, Stiga Titan, to fulfill the demands for
driving on public roads.
The accessory kit comprises the following
functions:
Flashing direction indicator
Dimmed headlights
Backlight
Licence plate illumination
Signal
Socket for trailer
3.2 Delivery
The delivery contains the following parts.
4 ASSEMBLY
Before carrying out the assembly work,
the power must be cut using the main
switch. Risk for shortcut and fire.
4.1 Main switch
Cut the power using the main switch. See fig. 1.
4.2 Headlight
Assemble the headligft according to the
instructions below. See also fig. 2.
1. Assemble the headlight attachments (2:B) to the
protective frame with two screws and two nuts
for each attachment.
2. The headlights shall be fit with the electrical
terminals (3:Y) inwards. Do not tighten until
the light adjustment is done.
4.3 Rear lights with ramp and cable
hole
1. Remove the upper engine casing and drill a hole
according to the drawing in fig. 4.
2. Refit the casing and assemble the ramp (5:E) in
the rear screws.

3. Assemble the following in the ramp:
Upper edging (6:X).
The sign (7:S) if necessary.
4.4 Control
Assemble the control front right as described
below:
1. Remove the black cover washer in the steering
pulpet.
2. The bracket (8:I) and the control (8:H) are
delivered assembled. Separate these.
3. Assemble the bracket (8:I) for the control (8:H).
Use two screws, threaded direct into the
steering pulpet.
4. Insert the cable into the pulpet and fit the cable
grommet into the hole.
5. Draw up the rubber protecting at the control and
fasten with 4 screws and 4 nuts.
4.5 Horn
Loosen the screw, remove the nut and assemble the
horn (9:J). Check that the horn doesn´t touch any
part of the machine. Tighten the screw and the nut.
4.6 Harnesses
The harnesses are never allowed to
touch moving or hot parts. Risk of
shortcircuit and fire.
1. Disassemble the following from the machine:
The steering pulpet rear cover.
The elecrtrical center cover.
The right motor casing.
Front and rear motor casings.
2. Assemble the front harness (10:N).
3. Assemble the rear harness (11:M). Assemble
the cable grommet in the upper motor casing.
4. Attach the harnesses by bundle strips at the
following places:
At the front under, fit against the hydraul
hoses/body.
Under the seat, fit against the lower part of
the ROPS.
Along the protective frame to the headlights.
The harness shall be located at the inside of
the ROPS.
Under the cooler, fit against other harnesses.
In front of the air filter, fit against other
harnesses.
5. Connect the following plugs:
Licence plate illumination at the rear.
Between front and rear harnesses at the
electrical central.
Headlights at the ROPS.
2 tabs to the horn.
Between front harness and the control.
6. Connect the rear lights according to a separate
enclosed instruction
Connect cable X3 to the left backlight.
Connect cable X6 to the right backlight.
7. When all actual cables are connected to the
lamps, fitted to the ramp, the cables shall be
fastened to the ramp lower part with bundle
strips.
8. Connect the ground cable (12:T).
4.7 Trailer socket
Assemble the trailer socket (13:F) as described
below.
1. Check that the hole (13:V) is 40 mm in
diameter. If not, drill up the hole to 40 mm.
2. Place the cable with connecting device and
rubber sealing, pointing backwards in the hole
in the frame.
3. Assemble the cover against the rubber sealing
and into the frame with 3 screws and nuts.
4. Fix the cable with bundle strips against other
harnesses at the rear engine bracket.
4.8 Fuse box, connecting
1. Loosen the distribution box’s mounting plate by
removing the 2 screws (14:U) and fold out the
plate.
2. Assemble the enclosed fuse carrier (15:G) with
mounting plate to the distribution box’s
mounting plate (ev. drill necessary holes).
3. Connect the cable (marked +30) from the
enclosed fuse box to terminal 8 in the machine’s
fuse box. See fig. 14. Note that the machine can
be equipped with two alternative fuse boxes,
Alt. 1
and Alt. 2.
4. Assemble the direction indicator
relay 15:K)
and the light relay (15:L) with attachments (ev.
drill necessary holes).
5. Reassemble the distribution box’s mounting
plate.
4.9 Reassembly
1. Reset the power by the main switch.
2. Reassemble all covers and casings.
4.10Light adjustment
The headlights are equipped only with dimmed
headlights. These shall be adjusted according to
local regulations. See fig. 17 for a guiding value.
4.11Signs and reflexes
Fit the reflexes (16:R) at the rear bumper.
The signs (16:Q) shall be assembles at the rear and
left motor casings and at the backrest according to
the local regulations.
GGP reserves the right to make alterations to the
