1 GENERAL

This symbol indicates CAUTION. Seri-

You must read these instructions for use

and the machine’s safety instructions

and instructions for use carefully before

starting.

1.1 References

The figures in these instructions for use are num-

bered 1, 2, 3, etc.

Components shown in the figures are marked A, B,

C, etc.

A reference to component E in figure 5 is written

“5:E”.

2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Please read through these instructions carefully.

Learn all the controls and the correct use of the

equipment.

• Secure all cables according to the instructions.

Cables must not hang loose so that wear or vi-

bration damage can occur.

• Cables must not come into contact with moving

parts on the machine so that wear damage due

to rubbing can occur.

• Regularly check the wiring so that the insula-

tion is intact and the above is met.

3 DESCRIPTION

3.1 General

The accessory kit is intended for use on GGP’s ma-

chines, Stiga Titan, in order to be able to carry out

work more easily in the dark.

3.2 Delivery

The delivery consists of the following compo-

nents.

4 ASSEMBLY

Switch off the battery’s main switch be-

fore starting any installation work. Risk

of short-circuit and fire.

4.1 Main switch

Switch off the battery’s main switch. See fig. 1.

4.2 Headlight

Install the headlights (2:A) in the mountings on the

upper part of the roll bar.

4.3 Wiring

1. See fig. 3. Disassemble the following from the

machine:

• The steering pulpet rear cover.

• The elecrtrical center cover.

2. Remove the distribution box’s mounting plate

by removing the two screws (6:G) and folding

the plate out.

3. Connect the wiring’s yellow cable to terminal 7

in the machine’s fuse box. See fig. 6. Note that

the machine can be equipped with two alterna-

tive fuse boxes, Alt 1

and Alt. 2.

4. Connect the wiring’s black cable to one of the

ground terminals.

5. Secure the wiring (4:C) along the inside of the

roll bar down to the distribution box.

6. Locate the front part of the harness (4:X), with

attached switch, into the steering pulpet.

7. Drill a 12 mm hole according to fig. 5.

8. Fit the switch into the hole.

9. Attach the harnesses by bundle strips at the

following places:

• At the front under, fit against the hydraul

hoses/body.

• Under the seat, fit against the lower part of

the ROPS.

• Along the protective frame to the headlights.

The harness shall be located at the inside of

the ROPS.

4.4 Reinstalling

1. Install the fuse (6:D).

2. Activate the battery’s main switch.

See fig. 1.

3. Reinstall all covers.

GGP reserves the right to make alterations to the

product without prior notification.
