- install Faceplates to Snorkel Risers (B) with hardware shown and set aside

pry Rear Firewall away and drill out holes large
enough for an Ø8mm bolt and install Clip Nuts
remove (2) Plastic Rivets from Rear Firewall
Plastic Rivets will not be reinstalled

- secure Riser Bracket (D) with hardware shown; tighten completely
vehicles WITH Rear Windshield (without Rear Windshield see following page)

- install Riser Pipe (G) and Fitting (H) to Riser Bracket (D)
- tighten components completely

apply black RTV 100% Silicone
evenly to threads

- install Locknut to bottom of threads on Fitting (H)
repeat steps for remaining Riser Pipes
Riser Pipes (G)
- remove any remaining slack by rotating Locknut
up until tight against Riser Bracket (D)

disconnect and remove Airbox Inlet Hose
stock Ducting removal

disconnect Belt Inlet Hose
tuck up and behind
Rear Firewall

stock Ducting removal continued

disconnect and remove Belt Exhaust Hose

- install Airbox Snorkle (F) to Airbox Duct
- secure with provided Large Clamp; tighten completely
excess Tubing may
need trimmed ush
to Riser Bracket (D)

Rubber Boot
Small Clamp
- remove stock Drain Plug from Air Box and install Rubber Boot
- secure with Small Clamp
- remove Air Box Cover and Air Filter
- replace stock Air Box Seal with provided O-Ring
- Cover O-Ring with RTV 100% Silicone
- reinstall Air Filter and Air Box Cover

- install Belt Intake (L) and Belt Exhaust (J) assemblies
- secure with Clamps shown

- install Snorkel Risers (B) onto Riser Pipe Assemblies (G)

- install Cover (K) to Riser Bracket (D) with
hardware shown
apply black RTV 100% Silicone
Medium Clamp x 3

- connect Hoses to Fittings (H) and secure with
Clamps shown
- secure Hoses together with provided Wire-Ties

remove Cap
drill to Ø3/8”
install Elbow Reducer and surround with
black RTV 100% Silicone
Coolant Vent Hose
- reinstall Cap in orientation shown
- connect Tubing
- coil Tubing 3 loops and secure with Wire-Ties
route Tubing through opening (end
to face ground)

Transmission Vent Line

locate stock Transmission Vent and install Straight Connector and Bellow

unclip stock Dierential Vent and route up and into Hood area
install Reducer and Bellow

- remove Driver Side Seat and locate Gas Tank Vent
(driver)
- Gas Tank Vent is attached to a plastic tting
- pull down to disconnect
M
- drill a Ø3/8” hole into Air Box and install Elbow Reducer
- connect Gas Tank Vent Hose (M) to Elbow Reducer
- route Gas Tank Vent Hose (M) towards bottom of machine
install Elbow Reducer and surround
with black RTV 100% Silicone

- place Bed Support (E) onto Bed in location shown
- trace Bed Support (E) outline onto Bed and cut
- connect stock Gas Tank Vent to Gas Tank Vent Hose (M)
