Do not do maintenance before cutting off its power supply.
Do not open the device, otherwise it may allow smoke, dust, high
temperature, moisture condensation into the product. In such cases, it
will affect camera image.
Please follow the cable connection instructions.
During maintenance, please protect the flameproof joint. And keep inside
area without metal dust or other particles.
Do not disassemble or rebuild the device.

Do not let the camera face to strong lights (lamps, sun). It will reduce
camera CCD or CMOS time of operation.
Do not leave the device on humid area, or temperature above 60℃ or less
than -40℃.
Do not allow water or conducting liquid to leak into device, it will
cause damage.
Keep the device in ventilated area.
The device must not be allowed to have great pressure, shaking, and shock
during delivery, storage and installation.
For protection, keep the package same or similar before delivery.
Suggest connect the device with surge protection equipment.
Finish Inner and outer ground connection.

Do not disassemble device.
If CCD or CMOS has some dust or dirt, please use soft blower, or use
dustless cloth, lens wiping paper and dustless paper.
If device enclosure surface has dirt, please use neutral detergent.
Installation or maintenance of this device shall be carried out by
suitably trained personnel.
Please keep the CCD or CMOS away from the laser lights. Otherwise, sensor
will be damaged.

Explosion proof structure description
The device will not cause external blast even if explosive gas mixture
enters in product inner chamber. Unit is assembled with thick cover,
joint width, length, max and its surface temperature into consideration
before design, so as to guarantee its explosion proof character.
All fasteners adopt stainless steel or electroplated steel.
Elastic O-ring seal can resist heat and cold test.
Its enclosure can bear GB3638.2-2010 required water pressure test.
Test pressure is 2.0MPa, last for more than 10s, and product does not
show permanent deformation or damage.
During normal operation, its enclosure max surface temperature is less
than 80℃.
The device can bear GB/T2423.5-1995 required anti-shock test.
Glass window of unit housing, can bear GB3836.1-2010 required
anti-shock test and heat upheaval rest.
Its enclosure can reach to IP68 rated.
The devices have inner and outer ground connection, and are well marked.
During open the device, please protect the flame proof joint, in case
effect its flameproof functions.

Thanks for purchasing our products. DNA1880YM2 are explosion proof PTZ camera
with IR lights, which can be installed in areas of volatile gas and flammable powder,
such as hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas in the plants, chemical factory, and offshore
platforms.
The device strictly following standards: GB3836.1-2010 Electrical apparatus for
explosive gas atmospheres- part 1: General requirements; GB3836.2-2010 Electrical
Apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres-part 2: Flameproof enclosure d;
GB12476.5-2013 Electrical apparatus for use in the presence of combustible dust -part
1: General requirements;GB12476.5-2013 Electrical apparatus for use in the presence
of combustible dust -part 5: Protection by enclosure “tD”. The device is widely applied
for petrol, chemical, wharf, non-coal mining, aviation, military, and grain industry.

The device support different protocol and communication rates, so as to apply for various
requirements. Our device support wide voltage input. The enclosure includes IP Zoom camera,
and it is also equipped with surge protection device.
The device can auto pan 360 degree, vertical ±90° degree.

The device has been tested and placed under burn-in controls for 48 hours before
delivery. Included in test are camera housing and pan tilt station after full assembly.

layer. Scrip armored cable outer layer as required length. Follow fig.2.2.2.1 showed,
thread each component. Press the 15mm shielded layer on the bushing 2 in negative
direction, and thread in bushing 1 follow fig.2.2.2.2). Finally fasten each
component. (The connector has welded on the device end thread hole. After cement
is totally solidified, then it is allowed do assembling.)

pole.

Choose the proper position on wall for bracket. Fix camera on wall bracket in right
surveillance angle. Finally, choose qualified anchor bolt or expansion screw to fix
bracket on wall. Explosion proof junction box is installed at position, where is easy to
maintenance, as fig 2.3.1.1 showed. Cable is thread from trucking to junction box.
