3 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Reflexlichttaster erfasst berührungslos Gegenstände und Materialien und
meldet sie durch ein Schaltsignal.

4 Montage
1: LED
2: Programmiertasten
► Den Reflexlichttaster auf das zu erfassende Objekt ausrichten.
► Mit Hilfe einer Montagehalterung befestigen.
Hinweis:
Die zu erfassenden Objekte sollten sich quer zur
Geräteoptik bewegen.
► Bei anderen Bewegungsrichtungen vorher
testen, ob eine sichere Schaltfunktion
gewährleistet ist.
5 Elektrischer Anschluss
Das Gerät darf nur von einer Elektrofachkraft installiert werden.
► Befolgen Sie die nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften zur Errich
-
tung elektrotechnischer Anlagen.
► Spannungsversorgung nach EN 50178 sicherstellen.
► Anlage spannungsfrei schalten.
► Gerät folgendermaßen anschließen:
DC PNP
Pin 1 = L+ ( 10...36 V DC )
Pin 3 = L-
Pin 4 = Last ( 200 mA )
( Pin 2 = nicht belegt )

6 Einstellungen
6.1 Gerät soll schalten, wenn das Objekt erkannt wird

► Das Objekt plazieren


► [OUT on] 2 s drücken.
> Die Einstellung der Empfindlichkeit auf das Objekt wird vorgenommen.
> Die LED blinkt.

► Das Objekt entfernen


► [OUT off] drücken.
> Die Einstellung der Empfindlichkeit ohne Objekt wird vorgenommen.
> Die LED verlischt. Die Programmierung ist abgeschlossen.
6.2 Gerät soll nicht schalten, wenn das Objekt erkannt wird
► Das Objekt (wie Abb. 1) plazieren und [OUT off] 2 s drücken.
► Das Objekt (wie Abb. 2) entfernen und [OUT on] drücken.
Die Einstellungen können auch zuerst ohne Objekt und dann mit Objekt durchge
-
führt werden.
6.3 Einstellen maximaler Empfindlichkeit
► Das Gerät so ausrichten, daß kein Licht reflektiert wird.
Gerät soll schalten wenn Objekt erkannt wird
► Erst [OUT on] dann [OUT off] drücken.
Gerät soll schalten wenn Objekt nicht erkannt wird
► Erst [OUT off] dann [OUT on] drücken.

6.4 Programmierung fehlgeschlagen
> Die LED blinkt schnell, 8 Hz.
• Meßwertdifferenz ist zu gering
• Max. Programmierzeit (15 min) überschritten.
6.5 Elektronisches Schloss
Tasten ver- oder entriegeln
► [OUT on] und [OUT off] 10 s gleichzeitig drücken.
> Die Quittierung erfolgt durch eine Umkehrung des LED-Zustandes.
7 Betrieb
► Prüfen, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.
> LED leuchtet wenn der Schaltausgang geschaltet ist.
8 Wartung, Instandsetzung und Entsorgung
► Die Frontscheibe des Geräts von Verschmutzungen freihalten.
► Zur Reinigung keine Lösungsmittel oder Reiniger verwenden, die den Kunst
-
stoff beschädigen könnten.
► Das Modulgehäuse nicht öffnen. Es befinden sich keine Komponenten im
Inneren, die vom Benutzer selbst gewartet werden könnten.

3 Functions and features
The diffuse reflection sensor detects objects and materials without contact and
indicates their presence by a switching signal.
Range 20 ... 200 mm (on white paper 200 x 200 mm, 90 % remission)

4 Installation
1: LED
2: programming buttons
► Align the diffuse reflection sensor to the object to be detected.
► Secure it to a bracket.
Note:
The objects to be detected are to move transver-
sally to the lens of the sensor.
► In case of other directions of movement
it should be tested before whether safe
switching is guaranteed.
5 Electrical connection
The unit must be connected by a qualified electrician.
► The national and international regulations for the installation of electri
-
cal equipment must be adhered to.
► Voltage supply according to EN 50178.
► Disconnect power.
► Connect the unit as follows:

pin 4 = load (200 mA)

6 Settings
6.1 The sensor is to switch when the object is detected

► Position the object


► Press [OUT on] for 2 s.
> The sensitivity is set to the object.
> The LED flashes.

► Remove the object


► Press [OUT off].
> The sensitivity is set without object.
> The LED goes out. The programming is finished.
6.2 The sensor is not to switch when the object is detected
► Position the object (see figure 1) and press [OUT off] for 2 s.
► Remove the object (see figure 2) and press [OUT on].
The setting can also be carried out first without object and then with object.
6.3 Setting of the maximum sensitivity
► Align the sensor so that no light is reflected.
The sensor is to switch when the object is detected
► First press [OUT on], then [OUT off].
The sensor is to switch when the object is not detected
► First press [OUT off], then [OUT on].

6.4 Programming unsuccessful
> The LED flashes quickly, 8 Hz.
• Measured value difference too small
• Max. programming time (15 min.) exceeded.
6.5 Electronic lock
Lock or unlock the buttons
► Press [OUT on] and [OUT off] simultaneously for 10 s.
> Acknowledgement is indicated by a change of the LED status.
7 Operation
► Check whether the unit operates correctly.
> The LED lights when the switching output is switched.
8 Maintenance, repair and disposal
► Keep the front pane of the sensor free from soiling.
► For cleaning do not use any solvents or cleaning agents which could damage
the plastic material.
► Do not try to open the module enclosure. There are no user - serviceable
components inside.

3 Fonctionnement et caractéristiques
Le détecteur réflexion directe détecte des objets et matières sans contact et
indique leur présence par un signal de commutation.
Portée 20 ... 200 mm (sur papier blanc 200 x 200 mm, rémission 90 %).

4 Montage

2: boutons de programmation
► Orienter le détecteur réflexion directe vers l'objet à détecter.
► Le fixer à l'aide d'un dispositif de fixation.
Remarque :
Le mouvement des objets à détecter doit être
transversal par rapport à la lentille de l'appareil.
► En cas d'autres directions de mouvement, un
test de vérification préalable de bon fonction-
nement doit être fait dans les conditions de
l'application.
5 Raccordement électrique
L'appareil doit être monté par un électricien qualifié.
Les règlements nationaux et internationaux relatifs à l'installation de maté-
riel électrique doivent être respectés.
Alimentation selon EN 50178.
► Mettre l'installation hors tension.
► Raccorder l'appareil comme suit :
DC PNP
broche 1 = L+ (10...36 V DC)
broche 3 = L-
broche 4 = charge (200 mA)
(broche 2 = non utilisée)

6 Réglage
6.1 L'appareil doit commuter lorsque l'objet est détecté

► Positionner l'objet.


► Appuyer sur [OUT on] pendant 2 s.
> Le réglage de la sensibilité est effectué sur l'objet.
> La LED clignote.

► Enlever l'objet.


► Appuyer sur [OUT off].
> Le réglage de la sensibilité est effectué sans l'objet.
> La LED s'éteint. La programmation est terminée.
6.2 L'appareil ne doit pas commuter lorsque l'objet est détecté
► Positionner l'objet (voir figure 1) et appuyer sur [OUT off] pendant 2 s.
► Enlever l'objet (voir figure 2) et appuyer sur [OUT on].
Le réglage peut également être effectué d'abord sans objet et puis avec objet.
6.3 Réglage de la sensibilité maximale
► Aligner l'appareil de façon à ce qu'aucune lumière ne soit réfléchie.L'appareil
doit commuter lorsque l'objet est détecté.
► D'abord appuyer sur [OUT on], ensuite sur [OUT off].
L'appareil doit commuter lorsque l'objet n'est pas détecté.
► D'abord appuyer sur [OUT off], ensuite sur [OUT on].

6.4 Programmation non réussie
> La LED clignote rapidement, 8 Hz.
• Différence de la valeur mesurée trop faible
• Temps de programmation max. de 15 min. dépassé.
6.5 Verrou électronique
Verrouillage ou déverrouillage des boutons-poussoirs
► Appuyer sur [OUT on] et [OUT off] simultanément pendant 10 s.
> La validation est indiquée par un changement de l'état de la LED.
7 Fonctionnement
► Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil.
> La LED est allumée lorsque la sortie de commutation est commutée.
8 Maintenance, réparation et élimination
► Dégager le panneau transparent situé devant la lentille de tout encrassement.
► Pour le nettoyage ne pas utiliser de solvants ou de produits qui pourraient
abîmer la matière plastique.
► Ne pas essayer d‘ouvrir le boîtier du module. Il ne s‘y trouve aucun composant
réparable par l‘utilisateur.
