Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not immerse the appliance base unit or the mains cable or plug in liquids.

Do not use your appliance in damp or wet conditions.
Never let children operate this appliance. Close supervision is necessary when
this appliance is used near children.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Ensure that the mains cable does not touch any hot surface and that it does not
overhang the edge of your work surface.
There are no user serviceable parts in your appliance.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged mains cable or mains plug or
after any appliance or attachment damage. Seek qualied technicians for assistance.
If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent, or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not use attachments or accessories which are not recommended by the
manufacturer. They may cause malfunction or injury.
Store the appliance away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
Do not place your hand in the bowl.
Never insert any hard object or implement into the bowl when it is operating.
This may cause damage to the unit and personal injury.

Use only with the stand provided.
Ensure the unit is switched o before removing it from the stand.

so according to local regulations.

0 Stop To eject the Beaters or Dough Hooks.
1 Stir For slow stirring, combining, mashing, starting all mixing
procedues. Use to add flour and dry ingredients to
batter, add liquids to dry ingredients, and combine heavy
mixtures.
2 Slow Mixing For slow mixing, mashing, faster stirring. Use to mix heavy
batters and candies, start mashing potatoes or other
vegetables, cut shortening into flour, mix thin or splashy
batters, and mix and knead east dough.
3 Mixing / Beating For mixing semi-heavy batters, such as cookies. Use to
combine sugar and shortening and to add sugar to egg
whites for meringues. Medium speed for cake mixes.
4 Beating / Creaming For medium fast beating (creaming) or whipping. Use
to finish mixing cake, doughnut, and other batters. High
speed for cake mixes.
5 Fast Beating /
Whipping
For whipping small cream or egg whites and boiled
frostings.
Turbo 25% Speed Increase Speed will increase by 25% every time Turbo Button is
pressed.

Assembling Your Hand Mixer
1. Before assembling the Stand
Mixer, make sure the mains cable is
unplugged from the mains outlet and
the Speed Control is in the 0 position.

2. Attach the Beaters or Dough Hooks
into the Motor Head.
Small Socket

The Beaters can be inserted in
either socket, as they are identical.
For Dough Hooks, the one with the
washer can only be inserted into
the big socket and the other one
can only be inserted into the small
socket.
Dough Hooks are only used for
mixing dough and Beaters are only
used for beating eggs or similar food.

Assembling Your Stand Mixer
1. Before assembling the Stand
Mixer, make sure the mains cable is
unplugged from the mains outlet and
the Speed Control is in the 0 position.

Press
3. Press the Headlock Button to tilt the
position of the Motor Head. A click
sound will be heard when the Motor
Head has reached the correct position.
2. Attach the Motor Head to the Base.

4. Place the Stainless Steel Bowl on the
Base on position.

5. To lower the Motor Head and the
Beaters / Dough Hooks into the
Stainless Steel Bowl, depress the
Headlock Button while holding the
Motor Head with the other hand and
ease the Motor Head down. A click
sound will be heard when the Motor
Head has reached the correct position.
6. Plug the Mains Power Cord to the
mains socket.

How to Use Your Mixer
1. Ensure that the unit is at the 0 setting,
then plug the unit into the mains
socket.

2. Turn the Speed Control to your desired
speed setting. There is 6 speed setting:
0 - Stop (Ejector Button)
1 - Stir
2 - Slow Mixing
3 - Mixing / Beating
4 - Beating / Creaming
5 - Fast Beating / Whipping
(See Speed Control Guide on Page 6.)
3. Press the Turbo Button at any time, to
increase the speed by 25%.
4. The max operation time per mixing cycle shoud not exceed 5 minutes and a minimum
of 10 minutes rest time must be maintained between 2 consecutive cycles. When
kneading yeast dough, first use a low speed and then increase the speed to achieve
the rest results.
5. When mixing is complete, turn the
Speed Control to “0 setting, and
unplug the unit from the mains socket.
6. Press the Headlock Button to tilt the
position of the Motor Head. A click
sound will be heard when the Motor
Head has reached the correct position.
If necessary you can scrape
excess food from the Beaters or
Dough Hooks using a rubber or
wooden spatula.
Do not insert any spatulas or
other kitchen utensils into the
bowl while the unit is operating.

7. Firmly press the Eject Button down to
remove the Beaters / Dough Hooks.
You can only press down the Ejector
Button when the Speed Control is at
the “0 setting.

If you are using the Hand Mixer without
the Stand, skip STEP 6. The Hand Mixer
can be used separately without the Stand
in position.

while the unit is operating.

Cleaning
Hints and Tips
Specications
Unplug the unit and wait until it has completely cooled down before cleaning.
Wipe over the outside surface of the Motor Head and base with a dampened cloth and
then wipe with a soft dry cloth.
Wipe off any excess food particles from the mains cable.
Wash the bowl, beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe dry. The
beaters, bowl and dough hooks may be washed in a dishwasher.

The Mixer may warm up during use. Under heavy loads with extended mixing time
periods, you may not be able to comfortably touch the top of the unit. This is normal.
The Mixer may emit a pungent odor, especially when new. This is common with electric
motors.
Refrigerated ingredients should be at room temperature before mixing begins. Set these
ingredients out ahead of time.
Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures recommended in your
recipe.
Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase to the recommended speed as
stated in the recipe.
If your Mixer should malfunction or fail to operate, please check the following:
Is the Mixer plugged in?
Is the fuse in the circuit to the Mixer in working order? If you have a circuit breaker box,
be sure the circuit is closed.
Turn the Mixer off for 10 - 15 seconds, then turn it back on. If the Mixer still does not
start, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on.
Always be sure to unplug the unit before cleaning.
Never use abrasive cleaners to clean the Bowl, Motor Head and Base.
