LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of five (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to
products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation,
and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided
that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modification, alteration, neglect, or
mishandling.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any
way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of
the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure
not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the
product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not
warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other
than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for
any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense costs involved in the
replacement or repair of said product.

WARNING: Disconnect electrical power before adding to or
changing the configuration of the track or modifying the light
system.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of a burn during relampimg,
remove from the track before relampimg.
IMPORTANT: Do not install this lighting system in damp or
wet locations.
IMPORTANT: Do not install any part of this system less than
5 feet above floor.
IMPORTANT: Do not install any luminaire assembly closer
than 6 inches from any curtain, or similar combustible material.
IMPORTANT: The proper method of mechanically securing
and electrically connecting each electrical fitting to the track
shall be clearly described.
IMPORTANT: Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts,
abrasions, or exposed copper that have occurred during
shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not continue the
assembly process. Please call our Customer Service Team at
1-877-527-0313.
Read all instructions before installing.
Consult a qualified electrician for installation of this
fixture.

PLANNING INSTALLATION
Read all instructions before assembly and installation. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-
abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred during shipping.
Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase.

Adjusting the cable length
Connecting the track adapter
wires
Unscrew the two side screws (HH) and pull the
track head (H) out.
Pass the pendant cable (C) through the wire
clamp (B) and the track adapter (E) housing.
Tie a knot (K) in the pendant cable (C). The
shortest height allowed is 17 in.
Separate a portion of the pendant cable (C)
from the interior insulated wire and expose
about 1/2 in. of the insulated wire.
Connect the pendant cable (C) as follows,
using wire nuts (AA):
Secure the pendant cable (C) by tightening the
screw (II) on the wire clamp (B).
Fix the track head (H) to the track adapter (E)
housing and secure with the two side screws (HH).
Unscrew the wire nuts (AA) and unlace the knot
(K).
Pull out the cable (C) from the track adapter (E).
Cut the pendant cable (C) to the desired length.

IMPORTANT: This fixture is provided with 6 ft. of cable. If a
shorter length is desired, follow these steps carefully. Failure to
follow these instructions will result in the failure of this product!
If length is suitable, proceed to step 3.
NOTE: Always use wire nuts (AA) or marrettes (included) to
connect wires and push all excess wire and connections back
into the track adapter housing (E).

Installing the track adapter to
the track system

lamp from the track system
Push the track adapter (E) into the track
opening and twist it to lock it in place.
Insert the GU10 50W shielded bulb (GG)
and rotate it clockwise using the suction
cup (FF).
Hold the track adapter (E) and push down the
unlock handle (I) on the track adapter (E). Twist
to unlock the track adapter (E).
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock,
use only luminaire assemblies marked for use with EC or
H Series – Hampton Bay track.
NOTE: For proper connection, the contact pins (JJ) on the
side of the track head (H) should be positioned against the
contact points on each side of the track, ensuring they are
touching.

Unscrew the two side screws (HH) and pull the
track head (H) out.
Loosen the screw on the wire clamp (B).
Remove the crossbar (BB) from the canopy
(A) by loosening the mounting screws (DD) on
the canopy (A).
Measure the desired length of the pendant cable
and add 6 in. for re-attachment.
Pass the pendant cable (C) through the
wire clamp (B) and the canopy (A).
Tie a knot (K) in the pendant cable (C). The
shortest height allowed is 17 in.
Separate a portion of the pendant cable (C)
from the interior insulated wire and expose
about 1/2 in. of the insulated wire.
Secure the pendant cable (C) to the canopy (A)
by turning the screw on the wire clamp (B).
Unscrew the wire nuts (AA) and unlace the knot
(K).
Turn off the power at the main fuse box
before installation.
Pull out the cable (C) from the track adapter (E).
Attach the crossbar (BB) to a junction
box with the outlet box screws (CC)
provided.
IMPORTANT: This fixture is provided with 6 ft. of cable. If a
shorter length is desired, follow these steps carefully. Failure to
follow these instructions will result in the failure of this product!
If length is suitable, proceed to the electrical connection.

Connect the ground wire from the branch
circuit to the ground screw (EE) on the
crossbar (BB).
Insert the mounting screws (DD) through
the holes in sides of the canopy (A) to
attach the canopy (A) to the crossbar (BB).
Insert the GU10 50W shielded bulb (GG)
and rotate it clockwise using the suction
cup (FF).
NOTE: Always use wire nuts (AA) or marrettes (included)
to connect wires and push all excess wires and connections
back into the junction box.

Troubleshooting
The bulb is burned out. Replace the light bulb.
The power is off.
Ensure that the power supply is turned
on.
Ensure that the circuit breaker is set to
the ON position.
Unplug the other items on the circuit.
Contact a qualified electrician or
call the Customer Service Team at
1-877-527-0313.
The circuit breaker is off.
There are too many items on
one circuit.
The bulb will not light.
The fuse blows or the circuit
breaker trips when the light
is turned on.
Clean the light fixture carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any cleaner with chemicals, solvents, or
harsh abrasives.
