ASSEMBLE THE STAND

Use the packing material from the
lower portion of the display as a
platform for assembly.
Do not stand the unit up until the
installation and cabling are complete.
INSTALL THE CAMERA
Unpack the RealPresence Group Series co-
dec and camera. Reserve the codec power
supply for future use.
Power supply
Only use the power supply
provided with the display
accessory.
Open the hinge on the camera and insert the hinge into the camera
bracket on the rear top of the display.
Gather the excess cable and secure with the cable ties.

ASSEMBLE THE STAND
Use the packing material from the
lower portion of the display as a
platform for assembly.
Do not stand the unit up until the
installation and cabling are complete.
INSTALL THE CAMERA
Open the hinge on the camera and insert the hinge into the camera
bracket on the rear top of the display.
Gather the excess cable and secure with the cable ties.
Do not carry display by holding the base.
Do not carry the display upside down by just holding the
base. This may cause the display to fall off the stand and
could result in personal injury.

CONNECT CABLES
Plug the DC-to-DC jumper between the
display and the codec.
Connect and route all cables through the
cable management channel.
Note: Generic cables
If you use generic cables
not certied by LG and
Polycom, the screen may
not display or there may
be image noise.
INSTALL THE CODEC
Install the RealPresence Group Series codec by inserting the T-nuts into
the keyholes on the back of the display.
Connect the DC power, LAN, HDMI, and camera cables to the codec. Refer
to the RealPresence Group Series 500 Setup Sheet for details.
Route the LAN and DC power supply cables between the codec and dis-
play and then through the cable channel at the rear of the stand.

CONNECT CABLES
INSTALL THE CODEC
Install the RealPresence Group Series codec by inserting the T-nuts into
the keyholes on the back of the display.
Connect the DC power, LAN, HDMI, and camera cables to the codec. Refer
to the RealPresence Group Series 500 Setup Sheet for details.
Route the LAN and DC power supply cables between the codec and dis-
play and then through the cable channel at the rear of the stand.

Stand Hinge
Cable cover
MANAGE THE CABLES
Arrange the cables so that they run below the stand hinge and then cover
them with the cable cover from the bottom up.
You can disassemble the cable cover by following the assembly instruc-
tions in reverse order.
INSTALL THE REAR COVER
Install the rear cover on the stand by tting the hooks on the cover into
the slots on the back of the display and sliding into place.

MANAGE THE CABLES
Arrange the cables so that they run below the stand hinge and then cover
them with the cable cover from the bottom up.
You can disassemble the cable cover by following the assembly instruc-
tions in reverse order.

Caution: Power on DC switch rst.
Power on the DC switch on the bottom of the product
before turning on the display.
Four AC power adapter cables are supplied with the display. Select the ap-
propriate AC power adapter cable for your geographic region. Connect the
cable to the power supply input. Connect the AC power cable, provided
with the RealPresence Group Series codec, to the AC power adapter cable.

propriate AC power adapter cable for your geographic region. Connect the
cable to the power supply input. Connect the AC power cable, provided
with the RealPresence Group Series codec, to the AC power adapter cable.

POWER ON THE SYSTEM
Power on the display. When the Automatic Standby message appears,
select Yes to disable Automatic Standby. Otherwise, the display will go
into Automatic Power Down after four hours and it will not wake up for
a video call without manually turning on the display. When the codec
nishes booting up, refer to the Polycom RealPresence Group Series
Administrator Guide for details on codec settings conguration and IP
connectivity.
ADJUST THE ANGLE
Automatic Standby
Automatic Standby is currently set at 4 hours.

Be careful not to touch or press the screen area when adjusting the
