cold water before use!
5. Please dont make the spray-head towards human body when you open or close the valve or adjust
the temperature of the water so as to avoid being burnt by a little stream of hot water!
6. The temperature of the pressure-relief vent of the safety valve is high, so it may scald your bod
y!

3-1. Installation
The water heater must be installed by the installation personnel from or appointed by our
after-sale service department.
The water heater shall be wall mounted.
Use a percussion drill to drill 4 holes with a diameter of 12mm and a depth of 65mm on the wall
according to the dimensions as shown in Figure 2;
Insert the expansion bolt into the corresponding wall hole to securely fix the wall-mounting
bracket, and then uplift the water heater to hook the water heater back on the wall-mounting bracket.
After installation, screw on the drain hose of safety valve. Install the safety valve and other
accessories as per the above figure, with PTFE seal tape used.
To facilitate in assembly and disassembly of the water heater, it is recommended that the water
inlet and outlet pipes be added with G1/2 unions respectively. Confirm the location of water supply,
and connect respectively the the water inlet pipe and the tap water pipe to the water tap.Fill the inner
container with water, and check the water line for any leakage, if so, connect it again.
Warning: Do not lose hold of the water heater until you Make sure to press the hook
tightly with your hand until it is reliably hung on the wall slab, otherwise the
water heater may fall off, resulting in personal injuries or property damages.
3-2. Attentions in Installation
During installation of the water heater, some clearances (at lease 250mm vertically, at least
700mm horizontally) shall be left to facilitate in future maintenance. If the water heater is inserted
in the pinch plate, the downside of the pinch plate is movable, ensuring that the maintenance
cover can be removed during maintenance.
Make sure that the tap water inlet pressure is not less than 0.05MPa, and the maximum pressure
not exceeding 0.75MPa.
The water heater shall be installed indoors, with the ambient temperature above 0 , and the
piping shall be centralized. The hot water outlet shall be close to the hot water tap as far as

possible. It the distance between them is more than 8m, the hot water piping shall be heat
insulated, to reduce heat loss.
The water heater shall be installed on the solid and firm wall, which can bear two times of the
water-filled water heater weight. No adhesive is allowed to avoid accidental falling of the water
heater. If the bearing wall or hollow brick wall is not used, proper protections must be taken, e.g.
addition of supports, use of wall-through screws, mounting of backing plates.
The water heater shall be installed at the place which is easy of access and provided with floor
drain. Make sure that leakage of the water tank or pipe will cause no damage to surrounding or
underground facilities. It is preferably installed above the pedestal pan, bath, washbasin or
doorframe to protect users against depressing or insecure feelings.
Correct the water inlet and outlet pipes properly. The safety valve shall be installed as required,
without any unauthorized modification. The pressure relief of safety valve shall be connected to
the atmosphere, without any clogging.
Use the test pencil to check if the live wire and zero line are properly connected. Do not power it
on for heating until you make sure that the water heater is water-filled, all connections are free of
leak and the power is satisfactory.
To avoid hazards due to accidental reset of the thermal breaker, the water heater can be neither
powered by the timer or other external switch gears, nor connected to the circuit switched
frequently via other devices.
To avoid accidents, our accessories must be installed, and cannot be replaced or
substituted at discretion. In case of damaged accessory , contact our maintenance department for
repair, and replace with new ones provided by us, otherwise we have no responsibility for any
direct or indirect loss arising from accidents due to non-compliance with these requirements.

Single/dual container
Shutdown
Do not connect the power before filling the inner chamber with water in order
to prevent damage to the water heater.
Adjust the water temperature to the suitable level before use in order to prevent
scalding.
Insofar as there is adequate hot water, set a lower temperature to reduce heat
loss, high temperature corrosion and scaling. This will extend the water heater's
lifespan.
otherwise it may cause fire.
1
To avoid danger caused by accidental resetting of the heating breaker, the
power for the heat cannot be supplied by timer and other external switch
devices or connected to circuit with frequent switching for facility use.

Chapter 6: Usage ! Cleaning and Maintenance
6-1. Usage
1. After installation, as the tank is empty in the first usage, be sure to open the faucet water inlet valve
and mixing valve. When the tank is filled with water, and the shower nozzle or other water outlet
keeps water outputting, please close the mixing valve, check if there's water leakage at each joint,
and plug the power plug.
2. Turn the knob as per the needed water temperature. The mark of knob increases from water inlet
temperature to 75 . Y
ou can set heating temperature steplessly. The heating indicator will shine
under heating mode. Generally the knob should be set to the highest scale. The water heater can
regulate the temperature automatically. The power will be switched off automatically when the set
temperature is reached, and will be switched on automatically when the temperature drops to certain
level. As it continues heating, you can use hot water as well.
When the tap water inlet pressure arrives or exceeds
0.75MPa, the drain hose of safety valve will
discharge large amount of water. It is due to extra high water pressure. Please contact the after
service for disposal.
6-2. Cleaning and Maintenance
Warning!
Repair or maintenance of the water heater can only be performed by qualified service persons.
Improper methods may cause serious injury accident or property damage.
6-2-1. To clean the outside
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning the water heater.
Wipe it lightly with a
piece of wet cloth dipped in a little neutral detergent. Do not use gasoline or other
solutions. Then, wipe it with a piece of dry cloth and keep the shell dry. Do not clean it with detergent
containing abrasives (e.g. toothpaste), acidic substances, chemical solvents (e.g. alcohol) or polish.

To ensure the water heater to work efficiently, the heating elements and the inner tank should be
cleaned once every three years. Take care not to damage the protection coating outside the heating
element and inside the inner tank. The magnesium anode rod should be replaced periodically
according to local water quality and the use habits. Please contact the local service department if you
need maintenance
6-2-3Inspection
The relief valve should be checked once every month during use of the water heater. The methods:
turn the small handle of the relief valve from the side of the inlet pipe (take care not injury your hand).
If water flows out, the relief valve is OK. If no water flows out, please contact the local after-sales
service department. If it is damaged, please replace with a relief valve of the same specifications.
Perform safety inspection by service personnel regularly. Remove the scales on the heating tubes
and inspect consump
tion of the magnesium anode rod in a timely manner. Replace the magnesium
anode rod if it is consumed excessively.
6-2-4. Not used for a long pe riod
If the water heater is not used for a long period, please:
1. Turn off the water tap.
2. Screw one end of the drain hose onto the relief hole of the relief valve and turn on the relief valve
with the handle.
3. Turn the hot water valve of the water heater to maximum position (unscrew the hose of the shower
nozzle from the outlet valve at the same
time. Take care to avoid scalding by hot water) to drain the
inner tank.
When it is used again, to avoid injury, before turning on the power supply of the water heater, it is
recommended to turn on the hot water valve to vent the gasses that may accumulated in the pipeline.
Do not smoke or use open fire near the open valve during this period. Before putting into use,
carefully check that all components of the water heater are in good condition and confirm the inner
tank is full of water
