Insert sleeve nut into recessed hole side of Rail B

and loosely screw bolt into the sleeve nut. Next,

insert round bolt end into the round end of the

key hole slot of Rail A (it goes in best

at an angle).

OPTIONAL: Insert plastic

plug into round hole of

Rail A which can keep Rail A

from falling o the bolt

during installation.

Choose the bolt that

is just a bit longer than

your spindle width

Hang Rail A horizontally so

the bolt is up in the narrow

end of the key hole slot,

allowing it to ﬁt through

the decks spindles.

Once level, tighten sleeve

nut with Allen wrench — do

not over tighten — a snug

ﬁt will do. If releveling is

needed, simply loosen the

sleeve nut a little, adjust

and repeat step.

Turn Rail A to be level with

Rail B at the desired height

on railing.

Connect Hold It Mate

Accessory. If you’d like to

position rail and accessory

ﬂush with the hand rail on

your deck, simply loosen the

sleeve nut with the accessory

attached, slide themup and

retighten.
