Installation
1. Rotate zoom lens (1) 45 degrees from home position and connect to the ELP body*
2. Rotate zoom lens (2) back to secure to the ELP body into home position.
3. Tighten the screws (3) and (4) to lock into position.
4. Tighten screws (5) at both sides to prevent sideways movement.
*Home position is identified by the Martin logo positioned on the side of the zoom lens as shown in the diagram above
Securing with a safety cable
Secure the fixture with a safety cable (or other secondary attachment) that is approved for the
weight of the fixture so that the safety cable will hold the fixture if the primary attachment fails.
Loop the safety cable through the attachment eye at the rear of the fixture and at the front of
the lens tube (see illustration below) around a secure anchoring point.
If a safety cable attachment point becomes damaged or deformed, do not use the fixture.
Return it to a Martin Service Centre for repair.
