General Instructions
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on
the appliance.
2. The safety instructions do not by themselves eliminate any
danger completely and proper accident prevention
measures must always be used.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
6. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself, since you
will be exposed to hazardous live components or other
hazards by opening and removing the covers.

7. Do not use the appliance outdoor, place it in a dry
environment, and only use the appliance for domestic
purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
8. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard (*).
10. Place this appliance as close as possible to the power source
so that you can disconnect the plug quickly and easily.
11. Never immerse the base of your appliance in water or any
other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it into
the dishwasher.
12. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
13. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the
cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord
around the appliance and do not bend it.
14. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
15. Avoid contacting with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, as
well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during
operating to reduce the risk of injury to people, and/or
damage to the mixer.
16. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.
17. Keep this manual with the appliance. If the appliance is to be
used by a third party, this instruction manual must be
supplied with it.

18. To avoid electric shocks, do not use this device in the vicinity
of water. Do not immerse the mains lead in water or other
liquid.
19. Do not kink or clamp the mains lead. To avoid any risk of
stumbling, do not allow the mains lead to hang over the edge
of a table or a counter.
20. This appliance should not be set up in close proximity to a
naked flame, easily flammable materials (curtains, textiles,
etc.), a radiator, an oven or some other heat source.
21. Before use, place the appliance on a horizontal and flat
surface.
22. The appliance should only be used for its intended purpose.
23. During use, do not touch moving parts with your fingers.
24. No liability is accepted for damage due to improper use or
the failure to observe our operating instructions / safety
notes.
25. Be sure to turn the speed selector to 0 position after each
use
.
26. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts which move in
use.
27. Never pull out mixing beater/dough hook/egg whisk when
the appliance is in operation.
28. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or
blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a
sudden steaming.

29. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below paragraph
“cleaning” in manual.
30. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.

Before first use:
Before assembling or disassembling the appliance, be sure it is unplug and put it on stable surface. Clean all
accessories, lids, bowl with soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, wipe the main unit and base with damp
soft cloth.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Multifunction mixer, to realize your sweet and savory accomplishments, stainless steel bowl with a capacity
of 6.5 L, 6 speed variations, 3 tools: metal whisk, dough hook, beater: to knead, beat and mix your pasta
pies, pancakes, pizza, egg white, pasta, light, whipped cream, bread, cake and desserts.
1. In order to lift the arm, press down the lever knob (2). The arm will move upwards. (FIG1
2. Insert the transparent bowl cover and lock it clockwise. (FIG2)
3. Assemble the mixing bowl filled with ingredients, then lock it clockwise. (FIG3)

4. Insert the kneading hook or the egg whisk or the mixing blade into the output shaft and lock it anti-
clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG4&FIG5)
5. Now fill in your ingredients. Do not overfill the appliance. The amount of ingredients should not
exceed 1.5 kg.
6. Lower the arm using the lever knob (2). (FIG6)
7. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed safety power socket.
8. Switch on the machine using the speed knob and set a speed between 1 and 6.
9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the “PULSE” position. The switch
has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it
returns automatically to the “0” position.
10. After kneading/stirring turn the speed knob (3) back to the “0” position as soon as the mixture has
formed a ball.
11. Unplug the appliance.
12. Push the lever knob (2) downwards and the arm will be raised.
13. The mixture can now be poured up with the help of a spatula.
14. The mixing bowl can now be removed.

To mix or knead dough:
1. Suggestion flour and water’ (any liquid) at a ratio of 5 3
2. The dough hook or mixer beater should be used.
3. From speed 1 for mix 10 second, and speed 2 for mix 10 second, afterwards speed 3 for about 3 minutes.
4. When filling the mixer bowl, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded. Maximum quantity
of flour is 1500g.
5. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to O position and unplug the appliance.
The max operation time for mixing shall not exceed 5 minutes.
The max operation time for kneading shall not exceed 10 minutes.
Whipping whisk or cream:
1. The egg beater should be used.
2. Switch on speed 4 to speed 6, whip the egg whites without stopping for about 5 minutes minimum
according to the size of the eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
4. When filling the mixer bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients, please ensure that the maximum
quality is not exceeded.
5. When whipping is completed, turn the speed selector to O position and unplug the appliance.
The max operation time shall not exceed 15 minutes.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids:
1. The mixer beater should be used.
2. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe, from speed 1 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
The max operation time shall not exceed 15 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and wait for it completely cool down before cleaning.
Caution: stand mixer cannot be immersed in water or any other liquid.
Immerse the mixing bowl, the accessories, the anti-projection cover in warm soapy water for cleaning.
Then rinse under running water and wipe dry.
Use a dry cloth to clean the body.
