I understand the instructions on how to assemble the spigot with washers and jam nuts, and how to prepare your device for brewing. ASSEMBLY
WASH BEFORE USE. Make sure the spigot with washer is flush
with the unit. Position the spigot upside down. Screw the nut
with washer on the end of the shank until hand-tight. Continue
to hold the nut and screw the spigot clockwise until it is in its
normal vertical position.
