3M Filtek™ Supreme Ultra Universal Restorative Dual Opacity Kit Syringe is a light-cured, radiopaque restorative material used for direct and indirect restorations. The syringe can be used to place the restorative material in increments of 1mm and 1.5mm, with cure times of 20 seconds and 40 seconds respectively for halogen and LED lights with output 400-1000 mW/cm2, and 10 seconds and 20 seconds respectively for Elipar™ LED Curing Lights with output 1000-2000 mW/cm2. 3M Filtek™ Supreme Ultra Universal Restorative Dual Opacity Kit Syringe can be used for a variety of posterior restorations, including:

system of choice.
Apply liner/base if desired:

• Apply a thin layer of the liner/base
to dentin surfaces.
• Light-cure.

Place composite – proximal box:
• To ensure good adaptation, place chosen
Body (or Dentin) shade of Filtek Supreme
Ultra Restorative in a 1mm increment
in the proximal box and on the floor of
the cavity.
• Light cure.

Place composite – enamel replacement:
• Place chosen Enamel (or Translucent) shade of
Filtek

Supreme Ultra Restorative in increments.
• Use remaining coronal tooth structure
as a guide for placement and adaptation.
Overfill slightly.
• Light cure.
