GENERAL SAFETY
Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the DVD Player.
Store this manual, the completed warranty card, your receipt and the product packaging.
The safety precaution instructions reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when
correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.
• Only using furniture that can safely support the Product.
• Ensure the Product is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
• Do not place the product on a high furniture without securing both the furniture
and the product to a stable support.
• Do not place the product on cloth or other conductive materials.

This product must be positioned in a suciently stable location, it can be
potentially hazardous due to falling when mounted and can cause injury, particularly
to children if it positioned incorrectly.
• Do not plug several devices into the same outlet. Doing so may cause the outlet to
overheat and start a fire. Make sure the outlet is readily accessible during operation
of the equipment.
• The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with
liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product. Dry location use only.
• No naked flame source, such as candles, should be placed on the product.
• Do not allow anything to rest on or roll over the power cord. Doing so may cause fire
or electric shock.
• Unplug the product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
Not doing so may result in fire or electric shock.
• Do not cover the ventilation openings of the product with items such as newspapers,
tablecloths, curtains or insert objects into the slots available on the products.
As this could result in the product temperature rising and could cause a fire.
• Do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture as it may result in fire or an
electric shock hazard
• Do not temper or change or modify the product in any way.
• Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.
• Please do not expose the product to splashing or water contact
• Please do not place any object on top of the product including objects filled with liquids
such as vases.
• Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly placed. Replace with same or equivalent type.

Please make sure upon positioning this product, the place is:
Not wet or damp and Well ventilated
Away from direct sunlight or heaters.
Away from splashes or food.
Protected from excessive dust or grease.
Do not install this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase or similar unit.
Do not install the DVD player near heat sources such as radiators, stoves or other audio
visual equipment that produce heat.
Do not place containers with liquids, if liquid falls inside the products it may result in
short-circuit, fire or electric shock.
Do not place small metallic objects on top of the unit. Metal object falls inside the
product it may result in short-circuit, fire or electric shock.
Do not use or store flammable or combustible materials near the unit. Doing so may
result in fire or explosion. Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lit candles,
cigarettes or incense sticks on top of the DVD player.
Please contact an antenna professional installer to install the antenna to avoid
incorrect installation which could result in fire, electric shock or serious injury.
Install the unit at a reasonable distance from the wall to ensure sucient ventilation.
LASER SAFETY
This set employs an optical laser beam system in the disc mechanism
designed with built-in safeguards. Do not attempt to disassemble. Exposure
to this invisible laser light beam may be harmful to the human eye.
This is a Class-1 laser product. Use of controls, adjustments or procedures
other than those specified herein may result in hazardous laser light
beam exposure.
This DVD player should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except
qualified service personnel. The laser mechanism in the set corresponds to
the stylus (needle) of a record player. Although this product uses a laser
pick-up lens, it is completely safe when operated according to directions.

Connecting Video and Audio
Note: Before making or changing any connections, make sure that all the devices are discon-
nected from the power outlet. Both video and audio connections must be made from the DVD
Player to your television.

LOADING A DVD OR CD
Loading a Disc
1. Press the Open button to open the Disc Door.
2. Load a disc into the DVD player, label side facing up.
3. Manually close the Disc Door.
After a disc is loaded, it will begin playing automatically.
Playing a Loaded Disc
1. Follow the instructions for Loading a Disc.
2. If the disc does not begin playing automatically, press the Play/Pause button.
USB PORT
Connecting a USB Thumb Drive
Connect a USB Thumb Drive to the USB Port. Picture formats are supported (Jpeg).
Accessing the Content on a USB Drive
1. Follow the instructions for Connecting a USB thumb drive.
2. Press the DVD/USB button to enter DVD/USB mode.
PLAYBACK
During DVD or CD playback, press the PROG Button on remote control, the program setting
menu will appear as below:
2. Using the direction and numeric buttons to select and set the desired Title, Chapter or
Tracks.
3. During setting, highlight the CLEAR Button on screen, then press the ENTER button on re-
mote control clear all settings.
4. After programming, using the direction buttons to highlight the PLAY Button on the screen
then press the ENTER button on remote control to start program playing.

MENU
SYSTEM SETUP
When playing a DVD, MAKE SURE that the TV system in MENU setting is set to AUTO.
This will make sure any DVD disc inserted, will automatically detect if NTSC or PAL is needed
to play the DVD.
PASSWORD
When PASSWORD is selected and highlighted, press the ENTER Button to enter. “ ”
on the screen will be highlighted, enter the default password “0000” by press the numeric
buttons then press the ENTER Button to unlock. “ ” will appearing. Then press the
Direction Button to highlight RATING on the screen to set or reset the rating level.

SUBTITLE LANGUAGE
This option is to adjust the SUBTITLE language used for the DVD Player.
VIDEO SETUP
1. If HDMI OUTPUT is selected, set it to different resolution of output
signal to match the connected TV.
2.If VIDEO is selected, using the Direction and ENTER Buttons to set it
to CVBS to match the connected TV connected through Video jack.
OSD LANGUAGE
This option is to adjust the language used for the DVD Player.
Menu settings and other text will all change to your selected language.
