How the Quickfit-Expando-6

Connectors work.

Do not over tighten the connectors.

They will break if turned too far. Turn

only 1/2 turn clockwise to lock. The

steel Quickfit-6 expanding dowels and

the Quickfit-Expando-6-Connectors lock

together for easy assembly.

3. Inspect the Quickfit Expando-6

Connectors. The flat edge on the con-

nector must be facing the outer edge of

the board. Use a phillips screwdriver to

rotate them, if needed.

1. Unpack all the pieces. Be sure to

save the packing and the box in case

you need to return the lectern for any

reason. Check that you have all the

pieces and that they are not damaged.

2. Insert the steel pins. With your

thumb(use phillips screwdriver to ease

insertion), push the steel pins into the

holes in the 2 side, front and top pan-

els. Make sure the plastic collar is flush

with the wood surface.

Quickfit-6 Expanding Dowel

Hardware:

•18 Quickfit-Expando-6 Connectors

pre-installed

•18 Push-in Quickfit-6 Expanding dowels

Tools Needed:

•Phillips Screwdriver - for 1/2 turn of pre-

inserted Quickfit-Expando-6 Connectors

Turn counterclockwise to unlock

4. Attach the top panel. Lay Front

panel on clean surface (carpet) and

attach top panel.

Use a phillips screwdriver to tighten the

2 Quick-fit-Expando-6 Connectors. Turn

only 1/2 turn clockwise. Over tightening

will break the connectors.

5. Attach the right side panel

Slide right side panel Quick-fit-Expando-6

connectors over steel pins in front and top

panels. Tighten the 5 Quick-fit-Expando-

6 Connectors.

6. Attach the Left side Panel

Slide left side panel Quick-fit-Expando-6

Connectors over steel pins in front and

top panels. Tighten the 5 Quick-fit-

Expando-6 Connectors.

7. Attach the shelf. Slide shelf Quick-

fit-Expando-6 Connectors over steel pins

in front and side panels. Tighten the 6

Quickfit-Expando-6 Connectors.

8. Attach casters. Insert 2 non-locking

casters on bottom of side panels closest to

the front panel. Insert 2 locking casters

on bottom of side panels closest to the

open end.

9. Carefully stand up Lectern Base.

Stand up lectern base carefully to rest on

casters

Your Lectern Base is now complete and

ready to accept matching S/W250

Tabletop Lectern or be used as a mobile

Equipment Stand/Video Cart.
