BOXER/CORE 4 REMOTE
BOXER REMOTE - BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY CHART
This chart explains what function each of the Boxer remote buttons will execute when operating a compatible projector.
WIRED OPERATION
The Boxer remote may be used wired with legacy
projectors. However the pinouts have changed
so that merely plugging in a cable adapter will
not work. Users of legacy projectors will need to
construct a rewired adapter connecting the
remote pins to the appropriate connections on
the projector.
For reference, the remote pinout diagram
appears on the inside of the remote battery door.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the remote does not function:
Check that the lock switch on the bottom of the
remote is in the unlocked position. When locked,
this switch prevents battery drain.
If the PROJ key backlight and remote activity
light are blue:
Press PROJ-PROJ so that the lights return to
white. A blue light means the remote is
in Boxer and legacy projectors and will cause the
remote not to work with legacy projectors.
Remote buttons marked
with typically require
a long press to activate
