HOB
Each burner is controlled by a safety device tap, for lighting push and turn the
relevant knob to left.

GAS
IGNITION: The appliances are fitted with electronic ignition of top burners. To light
the selected burner you have just to turn the knob on position "maximum flow",
and to push the ignition knob "
". Ignition can be done also with a match or gas
ignition turning the knob to position "maximum flow" .
It is important that pans with a base fitting the size of the bottom of the container.
On the auxiliary burner (950 W) can be used a coffee ring for containers with
diameters until 120 mm.
GAS OVEN
The oven burner has a safety tap. In case the flame dies out the safety tap stops
the gas supply;
IGNITION: Open the oven door and lift the little lid on the bottom of the oven, push
and turn the knob to left to “maximum flow”; maintain it pressed even after bringing
near the flame or the gas lighter, for 10 s. Release the knob and watch that the
burner be ignited trough the holes in the oven bottom lid (model without electronic
ignition).
If for any reason the flame should extinguish turn down the relevant knob and re-
ignit it only after 1 minute at least.

If the appliances are fitted also with the oven burners electronic ignition (oven +
grill) and with a thermostat for maintaining an even temperature in the oven, to
light the oven burner, you have just to turn the knob to left to position“8” and to
push the ignition knob "
". The safety device shouldn't be operated more than 15
sec. When after 15 sec the burner is not ignited, stop pushing of the bottom and
wait for at least 1 min before reigning.

Before the first use of the oven leave it run empty for half an hour on maximum
setting. When supplying with butane or propane the oven door must be half-
opened. Preheat the oven for 15 min. on maximum setting, than turn the knob to
the desired position.
OVEN COOKING: The data in the chart bellow are informative. Your own
experience will help you in adjusting the temperature.

GRILL BURNER
This burner cannot be adjusted for minimal flow. When using it the oven door has
to be half-opened and the protection screen mounted as in the build to avoid
overheating of knobs.
IGNITION: Open the oven door, near a match or a gas ignition to the burner,
push the bottom and check whether the burner is well ignited. In case the
flame dies out turn off the knob and wait for at least 1 min for a new ignition. If
the appliances are fitted also with the oven burners electronic ignition (oven +
grill), to light the grill burner, you have just to turn the knob to right till the
marking "
" and to push the ignition knob " ".

USE OF GRILL BURNER: It is recommended for roasting meat and for grilling.
The dish should be put on the oven rack on the superior levels, the roasting tray
under the rack for collecting the juice. The dish should not be put directly on the
roasting tray.

LIGHT IN THE OVEN (on certain models):
Use: For checking the dish without opening the oven door push the knob marked
"
" and light will be on.
STORING COMPARTMENT
Can be used for kitchen utensils or different accessories, or when the oven is
warm, even for keeping the food warm. For opening lift a little bit the door than turn
it downwards.
Important : Never use it for storing inflammable materials.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning turn off the gas supply. A frequent maintenance makes the
cleaning easier.
BODY OF THE GAS COOKER:
Clean it with a wet sponge with liquid non-corrosive detergent. Rinse than dry it.
Never use abrasive powder.
HOB:
Enamelled parts: Same cleaning as the body.
Burners: All parts of the burners can be cleaned: dip them in warm water with
liquid, non-corrosive detergent.
Inlays :The inlays has to be cleaned. After dipping, rinse and dry them carefully.
OVEN
Enamelled parts: same cleaning as other enamelled parts.
Oven door glass
: The inner glass can be removed by unscrewing the two
screws. This should be cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in warm detergent water.
After cleaning put the glass on place and fix it.
Important: The inner glass has to be always in place when using the oven.
OVEN DOOR CLEANING
For a complete cleaning of the oven door it is advisable to dismantle as follows:
-open the door completely
-turn the two blocking parts on the hinges arms 60º (the left figure)
-close partially the door, to a 30º angle (the right figure)
-lift the door and pull it out
For assembling proceed conversely.

CHANGE OF BULB:
Stop the power supply. Unscrew the bulb glass protector. Unscrew the bulb and
replace it with one of the same type E14, 220V, 15W, 300ºC. Fix the protector in
place.
GREASING OF TAPS:
It can happen sometimes that a tap turns with difficulty or even block. In such
cases the tap interior must be cleaned and greased.
Important: This operation must be done only by the maintenance service
technician of your distributor.
REPLACEMENT OF THE RUBBER HOSE
(if used for connecting)
Check the limit date and ask the technician to change it by another one.

IMPORTANT !
Any installation work must be undertaken according to the manufacturers
instruction and only by an authorised installer.
This appliance has been designed for cooking edible foodstuffs only and must
not been used for any other purposes (for instance heating ).
All gas appliances require adequate ventilation. Failure to provide this could
result in a lack of oxygen. Prolonged and intensive use of the cooker might
request a supplementary aerating e.g. increasing the power of mechanical
ventilation, if there is one.
When using the oven or the grill the parts become hot. Children should be
supervised at all times and should not be allowed to touch the hot surfaces or
be in the vicinity.

INSTALLATION
For the installer and qualified technicians
It is mandatory that all operations required for the installation and maintenance be
carried out by a competent gas installer and in accordance with existing rules and
regulations.
IMPORTANT
Before installing check that the technical features on the factory label suit to the
gas supplied.
This appliance is not connected to a chimney. It must be installed and connected
in accordance with the rules and regulation and the relevant codes of practice.
Comply with the regulations concerning ventilation.
PLACEMENT
The gas cooker must be installed in a well-ventilated kitchen, so as to comply with
regulation in force. The permanent openings for kitchen ventilation has to be 2 m
above the flooring, but avoid unbearable draught. The necessary air for
combustion is of 2 m

inflammable, or they should resist 100

CONNECTION TO THE GAS SUPPLY
The gas cooker can be connected to the gas supply on the right side. The gas
inlet on the appliance is a 1/2" gas parallel male type. There are 3 possibilities for
connecting
rigid pipe with gasket.

In case of rubber hose pipe screw on the inlet the hose nipple corresponding to
the type of gas supposed to be used interspersing also a gasket.

ADAPTING TO DIFFERENT GAS AND ADJUSTING
The burners can be adapted to different types of gas by mounting nozzles to the
type of gas in question. After, it will necessary to regulate the primary air and
adjust the minimum flow.
CHANGING OF NOZZLES
CHANGING OF NOZZLES FOR HOB
- remove the pan supports and the burners
- unscrew the two screws and remove the hob
- unscrew the nozzles and replace them with the right ones (in the exchange set
delivered), conferring to the nozzles table.
CHANGING OF NOZZLES FOR OVEN
- remove the oven bottom.
- unscrew the fixing screw and remove the oven burner.
- unscrew the nozzles and replace them with the right ones (in the exchange set
delivered), conferring to the nozzles table.
CHANGING OF GRILL BURNER NOZZLES
- remove the burner by unscrewing the screw fixing it on the upper part.
- unscrew the nozzle by a 10 mm and replace it with the corresponding one for
the type of gas and burner according to table of nozzles.
AIR ADJUSTING
The burner is well adjusted when the flame is stable silent ant dies out whiteout
any noise.
when the flames are too short, whistling or have the tendency to detach of the
burners, ignite at the nozzles means that the air admission has to be
diminished. If there is too much air flames risk to die out.
But, if the flames are too long, soft, lighting, the air admission has to be
increased. These flames smoke the bottom of pans.

HOB BURNERS
Remove the pan supports and the burners.
Unscrew the two screws in front of hob and remove it.
Replace the burners.
Unscrew the air adjusting screw.
Move the air adjusting downwards for diminishing the air, upwards for increasing
it, for obtaining a correct adjusting of the burner.
Screw the fixing screw.

OVEN BURNER
- Remove the oven bottom
- Unscrew the air adjusting fixing screw
- Move the air adjusting forward for diminishing the air or backwards for
increasing it, for obtaining a correct adjusting of the burner.
- Screw the fixing screw.

GRILL BURNER
- Loosen the screw fixing the Venturi.
- Move the pipe left or right till getting the right adjustment
- Tighten the fixing screw.
ADJUSTING OF MINIMUM FLOW
HOB BURNERS
- Turn the knob to left on position min-flow
- Light the burner
- Pull out the knob and adjust the min-flow by the screw driver fixing it in the
axle of the tap: by screwing the flow is diminished - unscrewing it will increase.
- For butane or propane gas the screw must be well tightened.
- Try several times to pass from max-flow to min-flow the flame shouldn’t die on.

OVEN BURNER
Remove the oven bottom.
Light the burner (knob on position max-flow or 8) and leave the oven door closed
for about 10 min.
Turn the knob slowly to position min-flow or 1.
Pull out the knob for adjusting of min-flow
Introduce the screwdriver in the tap's rod at taps without thermostat or near the
rod in the left part at taps with thermostat, until to getting a 5mm flame.
For butane or propane gas the screw must be well tightened.
The flame shouldn’t die out when closing normally the oven door. Try several
times.

The grill burner cannot be adjusted for economical flow.
