1. Loosen and remove the knob (1)
connecting the handlebar/rollbar clamp
and remove the outer handlebar/rollbar
clamp (2).
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16”
wrench, remove the nuts (3) from the
mounting bolts.
3. From the inside of the trailer, pull the
mounting bolts (5) until there is only
1/2” of thread sticking out from the
inner handlebar/rollbar clamp.
4. Mount the rollbar into the inner
handlebar/rollbar clamp (4) with the bolts
inserted into the mounting holes on the
rollbar. The rollbar should be mounted
with the bent section of the rollbar
pointed upwards and towards the front of
the trailer (see diagram).
5. Push the mounting bolts thru the rollbar
and thread the nuts onto the bolts.
6. Install the outer handlebar/rollbar clamp
onto the rollbar, making sure to align the
outer clamp with the nuts. Thread the
knob thru the handlebar/rollbar clamps
and tighten.
7. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the
mounting bolts.
