Insert the DVD that came with your analyzer into your PC/Laptop.
You will find a pre-defined Excel file on your DVD (AMPRO 2000 Manuals/Site Admin Master File/ANLAGEN).
Open the ANLAGEN file (Excel).
Please note: the name of the file ANLAGEN may not be changed!
This file has a couple of pre-defined sites which you can modify:
1SITE NUMBER OR NAME,eg NAME,eg STREET and NO,eg CITY and ZIP,eg STATE,eg PHONE,eg SERIAL NO,eg PHONE
2SITE NUMBER OR NAME,eg NAME,eg STREET and NO,eg CITY and ZIP,eg STATE,eg PHONE,eg SERIAL NO,eg PHONE
3SITE NUMBER OR NAME,eg NAME,eg STREET and NO,eg CITY and ZIP,eg STATE,eg PHONE,eg SERIAL NO,eg PHONE
4SITE NUMBER OR NAME,eg NAME,eg STREET and NO,eg CITY and ZIP,eg STATE,eg PHONE,eg SERIAL NO,eg PHONE

Here are some examples how to modify this file, depending on your preferences:
1. # 1 Site,Peter Hills,1234 Circle Road,Houston 77077,TX,(713) 514-1234,Boiler SN 5541154
2. Cleaver Brooks,Paul Thomson,4321 Circle Road,Houston 77077,TX,(713) 514-5321,Boiler SN 5541199
Please note: there is no space before or after the comma!
You can delete the lines that are not needed.
Once you have made all modifications, safe the file and close it.
Copy the file onto the SD card.
Turn on your analyzer.
Press F2 to get to the
Storage Menu

Scroll down to
SITES FROM SD CARD
Press OK
Insert the SD card
Please Note:
Please pay attention how
the SD card has to be
inserted

Hardware version 400 and
higher
Press F2 to import the sites
from the SD card
You can now view the
exported Sites in SITES
ADMINISTRATION
