The SmartSense® SMART-R-06 is a wireless remote temperature sensor with

many advanced capabilies. It is designed to work with the SMART 1000,

SMART 2000, SMART 3000 and SMART 4000 thermostats. It also can be

used with other wall thermostats that can use a 10K Type II NTC sensor.

Please take me to read and understand these instrucons as proper

installaon of the SMART-R-06 will ensure an accurate and reliable

temperature sensor.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD – Turn off power

at the main power source by unscrewing fuse

or switching circuit breaker to the OFF position

before installing, removing, or cleaning this

thermostat.

WARNING: FIRE AND ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD – This is

a 24V AC low-voltage thermostat. Do not install

on voltages higher than 30V AC.

• Do not switch system to cool if the temperature is below 50°F (10°C).

This can damage your cooling system and may cause personal injury.

• Do not short (jumper) across terminals on the gas valve or at the system

control to test installaon. This will damage the thermostat and void

the warranty.

• Do not connect ground to any terminal in this unit.

• All wiring must conform to local and naonal building and electrical

codes and ordinances.

• Use this thermostat and sensor only as described in the manual.

OVERVIEW

The SMART-R-06 includes: a temperature sensor, a low powered radio

transmier, two AAA baeries, and a LED to indicate status. The sensor

transmits temperature data to a paired receiver.

The receiver is powered by 24V AC and provides temperature data to the

thermostat’s remote temperature sensor terminals. Three LEDs on the

receiver provide visual indicaon of the power, data, and status funcons.



The SMART-R-06 remote sensor is made up of two parts, the baery

powered temperature sensor transmier and the 24V AC powered

temperature receiver module. The sensor and receiver use matched pairs

to communicate. Temperature informaon is sent from the sensor to the

receiver module via 433 MHZ RF signal. The temperature data is then

read by the thermostat.

PAIRING

The SMART-R-06 sensor transmier and receiver module must be “paired”

to communicate and transmit temperature data. Begin by seng the DIP

switches on both the receiver and transmier to the same value (code).

The transmier and receiver both have a red switch block with ve white

switches. These switches are marked 1 to 5. Before inserng baeries or

powering the receiver, set the same combinaon of On and O switches

on both the transmier and receiver switch blocks to pair the two

devices. This must done while powered down as these switch sengs

are “remembered” on power up.

By following these steps, there is visual conrmaon of the pairing to

conrm the sensor and receiver set are paired. The sensor status LED

will illuminate aer the test/aer hours buon is pressed if the pairing

with the receiver is correct.

In addion, pairing ensures no cross talk if there are mulple sensors with

dierent switch combinaons within a single building.

One sensor can communicate with mulple receivers if they use the same

pairing combinaon. This permits outside air data to be sent from one

sensor to mulple thermostats within a building.

OPERATING

Sensor - The sensor transmits temperature data

to a paired receiver once every ve minutes

or with every 0.5c of measured temperature

change; what ever occurs rst.

The communicaon between the sensor

and receiver is bi-direconal. Aer sending

temperature data to the receiver, the sensor

waits for acknowledgment of the data being

received. If acknowledgment is NOT received,

the sensor will connue to re-transmit the data.

To conrm communicaon between the sensor and the receiver, press

the buon on the boom of the sensor for three seconds. If the status

LED on the sensor illuminates, then communicaon between the sensor

and receiver is conrmed.

The sensor is powered by two AAA Alkaline baeries. When using the

sensor with the SmartSense SMART 1000, SMART 2000, SMART 3000 and

SMART 4000 thermostats, the status buon on the boom of the sensor

also iniates the aer hours run mer. The SMART-R-06 status LEDs will light

when the receiver conrms the aer hours run signal has been received.

Receiver - The receiver has three LED indicaon

lights; power, data, status.

Power Shows the sensor is powered.

Data Flashes when it receives data from

the sensor.

Status Illuminates when sensor test A/H buon

on sensor is pressed. Flashes when low

baery condion is detected.

If no valid temperature data has been received for 10 minutes, or a low

baery condion is measured, the receiver will hold the temperature

output to the thermostat connually to a xed 69.8°F (21°C).

When the sensor baery is low, the status light on the receiver will ash

connually.

WIRING

The SmartSense SMART 1000, SMART 2000, SMART 3000 and

SMART 4000 are powered by 24V AC and simulate a standard two wire

sensor (10K NTC Type II) to the receiver it is connected to. The wiring

is not polarity dependent. Connect the SMART-R-06 to 24V AC power

and the T1 T2 terminals to the thermostat or zoning systems remote or

outside air sensor terminals as required.

Le SmartSense® SMART-R-06 est un capteur de température à distance

(soit télécapteur) sans l doté de nombreuses fonconnalités avancées.

Il est prévu d’être ulisé avec les thermostats SMART 1000, SMART 2000,

SMART 3000 et SMART 4000. Il peut également être ulisé avec d’autres

thermostats muraux, pouvant recevoir un capteur NTC de type II, 10K.

Veuillez prendre le temps de lire et d’assimiler ces instrucons car une

bonne installaon du SMART-R-06, garanra que le capteur puisse

détecter la température de façon able et précisément



AVERTISSEMENT: 

un thermostat basse tension en 24V

AC. Ne pas installer si les tensions sont

supérieures à 30V AC.

• N’indiquez pas au système de rafraîchir si la température est inférieure

à 50°F (10°C). Cela peut endommager le système de climasaon et

causer des lésions corporelles.

• Ne pas court-circuiter les bornes (cavalier) de la soupape à gaz ni au

niveau du régulateur pour tester l’installaon. Cela endommagerait le

thermostat et annulerait la garane.

• Ne pas raccorder la terre à une borne de ce système.

• L’ensemble du câblage doit être conforme aux codes et décrets locaux

et naonaux de la construcon et de l’électricité.

• N’uliser ce thermostat que de la manière indiquée dans ce manuel.



Le SMART-R-06 est constué : d’un capteur de température, un émeeur

radio de faible puissance, de deux piles AAA, et d’un voyant à LED pour

indiquer sa situaon de fonconnement en cours. Le capteur transmet les

températures à un récepteur couplé.

Le récepteur est alimenté en 24V AC, et envoie les températures aux

bornes du télécapteur de températures du thermostat. Trois voyants à

LED se trouvant sur le récepteur, indiquent les foncons d’alimentaon,

données et de situaon de fonconnement.

INSTALLATION

Le télécapteur SMART-R-06 se compose de deux pares ; l’émeeur

du capteur de température, alimenté par baerie, et le récepteur de

température alimenté en 24V AC. Le capteur et le récepteur ulisent des

paires jumelées pour communiquer. Les températures sont transmises du

capteur au récepteur via un signal FR de 433 MHz. Les températures sont

ensuite lues par le thermostat.



L’émeeur et le récepteur du capteur SMART-R-06, doivent être « jumelés »

pour communiquer et transmere les températures. Commencez par

régler les commutateurs DIP sur le récepteur et l’émeeur en les meant

sur la même valeur (code).

L’émeeur et le récepteur disposent tous les deux d’un bornier rouge à

cinq interrupteurs blancs. Ces borniers sont marqués 1 à 5. Avant de mere

les piles ou d’allumer le récepteur, meez la même combinaison

d’interrupteurs On et O sur les borniers de l’émeeur et du commutateur,

pour jumeler les deux appareils. Cela doit être fait en éteignant, car ces

réglages sont « en mémoire » lors de la mise sous tension.

En suivant ces étapes, le jumelage du capteur et du récepteur est conrmé

visuellement. Le voyant LED de situaon du capteur s’allume après avoir

appuyé sur le bouton de test / hors heures normales, si le jumelage avec le

récepteur est correct.

En outre, le jumelage garant l’absence d’interférences, en présence de

plusieurs capteurs à diérentes combinaisons d’interrupteurs dans un seul

bâment.

Un capteur peut communiquer avec plusieurs récepteurs s’ils ulisent la

même combinaison de jumelage. Cela permet à la température de l’air

extérieur d’être envoyée d’un capteur, à plusieurs thermostats à l’intérieur

d’un bâment.

FONCTIONNEMENT

Capteur - Pour conrmer la communicaon

entre le capteur et le récepteur, appuyez sur le

bouton se trouvant en bas du capteur, pendant

trois secondes. Si le voyant LED de situaon

de fonconnement se trouvant sur le capteur

s’allume, alors la communicaon entre le

capteur et le récepteur est conrmée.

Le capteur est alimenté par deux piles alcalines

AAA. Lors de l’ulisaon du capteur avec

les thermostats SmartSense SMART 1000, SMART 2000, SMART 3000

et SMART 4000, le bouton de situaon de fonconnement en bas du

capteur, déclenche également la minuterie hors heures normales.

Les voyants à LED de situaon de fonconnement du SMART-R-06 LED

s’allument, lorsque le récepteur conrme que le signal hors heures

normales a été reçu.

Récepteur - Trois voyants d’indicaon à

LED se trouvent sur le récepteur ; power

(alimentaon), data (données), status (situaon

de fonconnement).

Power Indique que le capteur est allumé.

Data Clignote quand il reçoit des données du

capteur.

Status S’allume après avoir appuyé sur le

bouton A/H de test du capteur. Clignote

lorsqu’il est détecté que la charge des piles est faible.

Si aucune température valide n’a été reçue pendant 10 minutes, ou qu’il

est déterminé que la charge des piles est faible, le récepteur connue

d’envoyer la température au thermostat à une température xe de

69,8°F (21°C).

Lorsque la charge des piles du capteur est faible, le voyant de situaon de

fonconnement se trouvant sur le récepteur, clignote en permanence.

CÂBLAGE

Les SmartSense SMART 1000, SMART 2000, SMART 3000 et SMART

4000 sont alimentés en 24V AC et simulent un capteur standard à deux

ls (10K, NTC Type II), allant vers le récepteur auquel il est connecté.

Le câblage ne dépend pas de polarité. Branchez le SMART-R-06 sur

l’alimentaon 24V AC et les bornes T1 T2 au thermostat ou aux systèmes

de zonage, loin ou en dehors des bornes du capteur d’air extérieur - en

foncon des besoins.

Deux exemples de câblage type sont donnés ci-dessous.



El disposivo SMART-R-06 de SmartSense® es un sensor inalámbrico

remoto de temperatura, con muchas funciones de avanzada. Fue

diseñado para trabajar con los termostatos SMART 1000, SMART 2000,

SMART 3000 y SMART 4000. También se puede ulizar con otros

termostatos de pared que acepten sensores 10K NTC Tipo II.

Por favor, tómese unos momentos para leer estas instrucciones, dado que

la correcta instalación del disposivo SMART-R-06 le garanza tener un

sensor de temperatura exacto y conable.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE DE

ADVERTENCIA: PELIGRO DE DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA -

Desconecte la fuente principal de suministro

eléctrico desatornillando el fusible o

moviendo la llave del disyuntor a la posición

OFF (apagado) antes de instalar, retirar o

limpiar este termostato.

instalado por un técnico calificado tomando

las debidas precauciones de seguridad ya

que una instalación inadecuada podría

ADVERTENCIA: PELIGRO DE INCENDIO Y DESCARGA

ELÉCTRICA - Este es un termostato de baja

tensión que funciona con 24V AC. No instale

con tensiones superiores a 30V AC.

• No conmute el sistema a cool (frío) si la temperatura es inferior a

50°F (10°C). Esto puede dañar el sistema de refrigeración y provocar

lesiones personales.

• No puentee los terminales de la válvula de gas ni el control del sistema

para probar la instalación. Esta prácca perjudicará al termostato y

anulará la garana.

• No conecte a erra ningún terminal de esta unidad.

• Todas las conexiones de cableado deben cumplir con los códigos

y ordenanzas locales y nacionales que rigen en materia de

construcciones e instalaciones eléctricas.

• Use este termostato y este sensor únicamente siguiendo las

instrucciones del manual.

DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL

El equipo SMART-R-06 incluye: un sensor de temperatura, un transmisor

de radio de baja potencia, 2 pilas AAA y un LED indicador del estado. El

sensor transmite datos de temperatura a un receptor vinculado.

El receptor está conectado a una fuente de alimentación de 24V AC y

transmite los datos de temperatura a los terminales del sensor remoto de

temperatura del termostato. Los 3 LED que posee el receptor brindan una

indicación visual acerca de las funciones de alimentación, datos y estado.



El sensor remoto SMART-R-06 consta de 2 partes, el transmisor - que

es un sensor de temperatura alimentado a pila - y el módulo receptor

alimentado por una fuente de 24V AC. El sensor y el receptor ulizan

pares equiparados para comunicarse entre sí. La información sobre la

temperatura se envía desde el sensor hacia el módulo receptor a través

de una señal de RF de 433 MHz. A connuación los datos de temperatura

son leídos por el termostato.

El sensor transmisor y el módulo receptor del disposivo SMART-R-06

deben estar “vinculados” para poder comunicarse y transmir datos

de temperatura. El primer paso es jar los interruptores DIP tanto del

receptor como del transmisor en el mismo valor (código).

Tanto el transmisor como el receptor poseen un bloque rojo de

interruptores con 5 interruptores blancos, que están marcados del 1

al 5. Antes de colocar las pilas o de conectar el receptor a la fuente

de alimentación, congure la misma combinación de interruptores

en posición on (encendido) y en posición o (apagado) en el bloque

de interruptores del transmisor y en el del receptor para vincular

ambos disposivos. Esto se debe realizar mientras ambos disposivos

estén desconectados de sus fuentes de alimentación, dado que estas

conguraciones de los interruptores serán “recordadas” cuando los

disposivos reciban energía.

Después de realizar estos pasos, se tendrá la conrmación visual de que

el sensor y el receptor están efecvamente vinculados. Si el sensor se ha

vinculado correctamente con el receptor, el LED de estado del sensor se

iluminará después de presionar el botón de prueba/después de hora.

Asimismo, la vinculación garanza que no haya comunicaciones cruzadas

cuando hay múlples sensores con diferentes combinaciones de

interruptores dentro de un mismo edicio.

Un sensor se puede comunicar con múlples receptores si ulizan la

misma combinación para vincularse. Esto permite enviar los datos del aire

exterior desde un sensor hacia múlples termostatos ubicados dentro de

un edicio.



Sensor - El sensor transmite datos de

temperatura a un receptor vinculado cada 5

minutos o cada vez que se produce un cambio

de 0.5°C en la temperatura medida - lo que

suceda primero.

La comunicación entre el sensor y el receptor

es bidireccional. Después de enviar los datos

de temperatura al receptor, el sensor espera

el acuse de recibo de los datos que han sido

enviados. Si NO se recibe la conrmación de que se han recibido los

datos, el sensor seguirá retransmiendo dichos datos.

Para conrmar la comunicación entre el sensor y el receptor, presione

durante 3 segundos el botón que se encuentra en la parte inferior del

sensor. Si se ilumina el LED de estado del sensor, signica que se ha

conrmado la comunicación entre el sensor y el receptor.

El sensor se alimenta con 2 pilas AAA alcalinas. Cuando se ulice el sensor

con los termostatos SMART 1000, SMART 2000, SMART 3000 y SMART 4000

de SmartSense, el botón de estado de la parte inferior del sensor también

acva el temporizador de funcionamiento después de hora. El LED de

estado del disposivo SMART-R-06 se iluminará cuando el receptor

conrme que ha recibido la señal de funcionamiento después de hora.

Receptor - Posee tres luces LED indicadoras:

power (alimentación), data (datos), status (estado).

Power Indica que el sensor está

recibiendo alimentación.

Data Parpadea cuando recibe datos del

sensor.

Status Se ilumina cuando se presiona el

botón Test A/H del sensor. Parpadea

cuando se detecta que las pilas enen

poca carga.

Si no se han recibido datos válidos de temperatura durante 10 minutos, o

se detecta que las pilas enen poca carga, el receptor mantendrá el valor

de salida de temperatura que envía al termostato en un valor constante e

igual a 69.8°F (21°C).

Cuando las pilas del sensor enen poca carga, la luz de estado ubicada en

el receptor parpadeará de manera connua.

CONEXIÓN DE LOS CABLES

Los modelos de SmartSense SMART 1000, SMART 2000

, SMART 3000

SMART 4000 se alimentan con 24V AC y simulan un sensor estándar

de 2 cables (10K NTC Tipo II) para el receptor al cual están conectados.

La conexión de los cables no depende de la polaridad. Conecte el

equipo SMART-R-06 a una fuente de 24V AC y los terminales T1 y T2 al

termostato o a sistemas de zonicación remotos o bien a los terminales

del sensor de aire exterior, según sea necesario.

A connuación se muestran 2 ejemplos de conexiones picas de los cables.

under normal use and service for a period of ve (5) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If any Product fails within the applicable Warranty Period, Robertshaw shall, at

its opon, repair or replace the Product or credit the purchase price, provided the Product is returned to Robertshaw’s facility or designated agent with transportaon charges prepaid, and the

Product, upon examinaon by Robertshaw, is found not to conform to the Warranty. Cost of Product removal, labor, or reinstallaon of new Product are not covered under this Warranty and are

not the responsibility of Robertshaw. Warranty on Products, parts, components and/or soware sold, but not manufactured by Robertshaw, shall be expressly limited to the warranty terms of

the manufacturer of such products, components, parts and/or soware.

This above warranty does not apply to: (i) baeries; (ii) any losses or damages due to misuse, use of the Products in other than their normal and customer manner, accident, abuse, water, re,

neglect, normal wear and tear, negligence (other than Robertshaw’s), unauthorized modicaon or alteraon, use beyond rated capacity, unsuitable power sources or environmental condions,

stripped threads, improper installaon, repair, handling, maintenance or applicaon or any other cause not the fault of Robertshaw.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE

AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBERTSHAW BE LIABLE TO CONSUMER, CONTRACTOR, OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,

CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PRODUCTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF CONTRACTS, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS,

LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY,

PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF ROBERTSHAW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS. THE CONSUMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND

LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE THERMOSTAT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitaon of incidental or consequenal damages, or allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitaons or exclusions may

not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return for Warranty Consideraon

1. All Products to be considered for warranty must be returned to Company with shipping charges prepaid.

2. Product returned to Company must be packaged in such a manner that will prevent any further damage to the Product during transit. The Warranty terms above shall not apply to any items

damaged in transit.

3. An itemized packing slip, including owner’s name and address, is required for each shipment to Company of Product(s) to be considered for warranty. The packing slip must contain reason

for warranty return, date of installaon, date of failure, and a contact name in case further informaon is required.

4. Within North America (USA and Canada), all cartons must be clearly idened as WARRANTY PRODUCT and returned to:

Robertshaw garant à l’installateur sous contrat inial ou au premier l’ulisateur/consommateur, que chaque nouveau thermostat Robertshaw ou accessoire sera exempt de défauts, pièces et

main d’oeuvre, dans des condions normales d’ulisaon, et ceci pendant une durée cinq (5) ans à compter de la date d’achat (la « Période de garane »). Si un produit tombe en panne pendant

la période de garane, Robertshaw, à sa seule discréon, réparera, remplacera le produit ou créditera du montant du prix d’achat, à condion que le produit soit renvoyé aux établissements

Robertshaw ou à un agent mandaté, frais de transport payés à l’avance, et que le Produit, après examen par Robertshaw, soit jugé ne pas se conformer à la garane. Les frais de recueil, de main

d’oeuvre, ou de réinstallaon d’un nouveau produit ne sont pas couverts par cee garane et ne sont pas du ressort de Robertshaw. La garane sur les produits, pièces, composants et / ou

logiciels vendus, mais non fabriqués par Robertshaw, se limitera expressément aux termes de la garane du fabricant de ces produits, composants, pièces et / ou logiciels.

Cee garane ne concerne pas : (i) les piles ; (Ii) toute perte ou tout dommage dû à une mauvaise ulisaon, ulisaon inhabituelle et anormale des produits, à un accident, à un abus, à de l’eau,

à un incendie, une négligence, usure normale, manque de soin (autre que de la part de Robertshaw), modicaon ou altéraon interdite, ulisaon dépassant la capacité nominale, sources

d’alimentaon ou condions environnementales inappropriées, ls dénudés, mauvaise installaon, mauvaise réparaon, mauvaise manutenon, mauvais entreen ou mauvaise ulisaon, ou

toute autre cause ne concernant pas Robertshaw.

LA GARANTIE PRÉCÉDENTE REMPLACE ET EXCLUT TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, NOTAMMENT DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, TITRE ET ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER.

EN AUCUN CAS ROBERTSHAW NE POURRA ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE VIS-À-VIS DU CONSOMMATEUR, ENTREPRENEUR, OU DE TOUT TIERS, DE TOUT DOMMAGE FORTUIT, SPÉCIAL, INDIRECT,

PERTES DE REVENUS OU DE BÉNÉFICES, OU DE TOUT DOMMAGE MATÉRIEL, QU’ILS SOIENT FONDÉS CONTRACTUELLEMENT, PAR GARANTIE, NÉGLIGENCE, RESPONSABILITÉ ABSOLUE, INDEMNITÉ,

RESPONSABILITÉ VIS-À-VIS DU PRODUIT OU AUTRE, MÊME SI ROBERTSHAW EN A ÉTÉ INFORMÉ.

LA RÉPARATION, LE REMPLACEMENT OU LE CRÉDIT ÉQUIVALANT AU PRIX D’ACHAT, CONSTITUE LES UNIQUES RECOURS CONCERNANT LES DÉFAUTS AU NIVEAU DES PRODUITS. LE

CONSOMMATEUR ASSUME TOUT RISQUE ET RESPONSABILITÉ EN CAS DE DOMMAGES FORTUITS ET INDIRECTS RÉSULTANT DE L’INSTALLATION ET DE L’UTILISATION DU THERMOSTAT.

Robertshaw garanza al contrasta instalador original o al usuario nal original, que todo nuevo termostato o accesorio Robertshaw estará libre de defectos en los materiales y fabricación bajo

condiciones normales de uso y servicio por un período de cinco (5) años a parr de la fecha de compra (el “Período de garana”). Si alguno de los Productos falla dentro del Período de Garana

aplicable, Robertshaw, a su propia discreción, reparará o reemplazará el Producto o acreditará el precio de compra, siempre que el Producto sea devuelto al establecimiento de Robertshaw o del

La garana que antecede no es aplicable a: i) pilas; ii) defectos o daños originados por el uso indebido, uso de los Productos de una manera disnta de la manera normal y habitual, accidente,

abuso, agua, fuego, descuido, deterioro y rotura normal, o negligencia que no recaiga sobre Robertshaw, modicaciones o alteraciones no autorizadas, el uso más allá de su capacidad evaluada,

INDEMNIZACIÓN, RESPONSABILIDAD DE PRODUCTO U OTROS, AÚN SI ROBERTSHAW HA SIDO NOTIFICADO SOBRE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS.

LA REPARACIÓN, EL REEMPLAZO DEL PRODUCTO O EL CRÉDITO POR EL PRECIO DE COMPRA SERÁ LA ÚNICA REPARACIÓN APLICABLE POR LOS DEFECTOS EN LOS PRODUCTOS. El CONSUMIDOR

ASUME TODOS LOS RIESGOS Y RESPONSABILIDADES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS O CONTINGENTES ORIGINADOS EN LA INSTALACIÓN Y EL USO DEL TERMOSTATO.

Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación de daños incidentales o indirectos ni permiten limitaciones al período de vigencia de la garana implícita, por lo tanto las limitaciones antes
