2. Remove operating instructions,
manufacture statement of origin,and
owners manual located on top of ATV.
1. Remove cardboard carton from
metal frame

3. Remove bolts as indicated in photo
from both sides of metal frame
4. Carefully remove metal
frame
5. Remove bolt from foot peg
on each side of ATV as indi-
cated in photo.

6. Remove hardware, assembly parts
and tool kit from tool compartment

1. Remove rear shock from padded bag which
is located on front of ATV rack

2. At bottom of shock, place rubber
grommets on both sides
3. Lift rear of ATV and install rear shock by
rst attching top using top shock bolt.
Then install bottom using shock pin, metal
washer and cotter pin. Bend cotter pin.

Front shock bolts
1. Lift front end of ATV and remove padded bags
from both front shocks.
2. Attach front shocks with front shock bolts
Torque to 80Nm 59 ft.lb.

1. Remove handle bar assembly bolts and
throw away padding,

2. Place bottom handle bar
bracket under handlebars

3. Lift handle bars to desired
position, tighten handle bar
bolts. Torque to 25Nm (18.5
ft.lb)
4. Attach Console using
console bolts Torque to 25Nm
(18.5 ft.lb.)

1. Refer to battery section of owners
manual for correct installation and
charging of battery

Oil Cap

2. Fill gas tank as specied in
owners manual.
CAUTION: Engine does not have oil in
it when sold to the customer. Make
sure the engine is lled with the cor-
rect amount of oil as specied in the
owners manual. Operating engine
without oil will void the warranty.
Gas and Oil
1. Fill engine with correct amount of oil and rear gear
case with correct amount of gear oil. Refer to owners
manual for oil types and quantity.
3. Refer to owners manual for proper
starting instuctions
