Important!
– Read the instruction manual completely before
installation and commissioning.
– The installation must be carried out by qualified
personnel.
– General conditions and regulations for the installation and
operation of electrical machinery must be observed.
– Measures to protect against personal in-jury and
damage to the machine must be taken following local
rules and regulations.
– Cables must not be connected or disconnected while the
supply voltage is on.
– Check that the equipment is correctly connected before it
is taken into use.
- The warranty applies when the equipment is installed,
operated and maintained according to instructions in this
instruction manual. Duration of warranty is as per
contract. Faults that arise due to faulty installation or
operation are not covered by the warranty.
During operation
– The units may not be opened or disassembled while they
are operating.
Disassembly and disposal
– The product is designed to comply with the RoHS
directive and must be handled and recycled in
accordance with locally applicable legislation.
Dismantling and scrapping
The enclosures of the drives are made from recyclable
material. Each drive contains a number of components
demanding special treatment, for example electrolytic
capacitors. The circuit boards contain small amounts of
tin and lead. Any local or national regulations in force for the
disposal and recycling of these materials must be complied
with.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following symbols and references will be used in this description
These important instructions apply to personal protection and technical
safety during operation.
“Instruction”
“Instruction” represents instructions that are
intended to prevent the risk of personal injury and
damage to equipment.
Danger!
Electrical current to electrical components! Switch off
the main current before removing the cover.
Never touch electrical components or contacts while the main current
is switched on. Risk of electric shock, resulting in serious injury or
death.
Connected terminals contain residual voltage even after the main
current has been switched off.
Disposal and recycling
When replacing components or when the control unit in
its entirety need replacing, follow the advice below: The
aim should always be maximum possible recycling of raw
materials, with minimum possible environmental impact.
Never dispose of electrical components with ordinary waste,
always use the designated collection points.
Disposal should be as environment-friendly as the technology
allows in terms of environmental protection and recycling.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Warning indication
Any damage that may affect safety must be dealt with
immediately.
Maintenance/Repairs
Regularly check the function of the control unit. Troubleshooting and
repairs must only be performed by trained personnel. Prescribed
electrical protection must be implemented.
