63499 Series Extension Kit
To assemble the 63499 series extension to the thermocouple, follow the steps below.
1. Slide sleeve (item 2) Into 63499 extension (item 1).
2. Slide heat shrink tube (item 3) over collar part of 63499 extension.
3. Screw thermocouple assembly (item 4) into the collar of (item 1) 63499 extension.
4. Slide heat shrink tube (item 3) over collar connection assembly.
5. Heat the outside of the heat shrink tube (item 2 to secure the connection). Ensure the heat
shrink covers the whole connection before heating.
