OptiLoc

is a mechanical solution to lock lens shift, focus and zoom (depending on lens type) on F22-products.

A customer friendly solution enabeling the customer to implement all the locking required for a speciﬁc installation.

Ensures perfect positioned optics when units are installed for example in a typical motion based installation.

The images will always be in the same position and focused.

Locks the lens shift in any given position by tightening the z-screw (Fig. 1).

Shift the lens using the normal lens shift adjustment wheel, until optimal positioning is accheived. Then tighten the

z-screw (Fig. 1) using an 1.5mm Allen key to secure that it remains in this position. Make sure not to overtighten.

Locks the zoom* and focus (Fig. 2) on the lens in any given position (Fig. 3 focus only lens/One ring OptiLoc).

Set the lens focus and zoom (where available) to optimal position and then tighten the locking screws using a torx

no. 8. It is recommended tightening the zoom ring before adjusting the focus (Fig. 2/Two ring OptiLoc only).

* The zoom lock is only available on zoom lenses (Fig. 2)
