The most frequent causes triggering the alarm include: footplate tilted by more than
15 degrees, too low battery voltage, motor overload, excessive speed, low battery
charge, the board being swung forward and backward for more than 30 seconds. The
board will turn off within 2 seconds, also when its wheel is blocked.
Charging the battery
If the battery charge level is lower than the safe value, the board will signal it with a
red light on the battery indicator (B) and a beep, after 15 second the board will
automatically turn off.
If the battery goes down to the minimal charge level, further ride will have a negative
effect on the battery life, increasing the risk of falling down.
Make sure that the board is turned off.
Plug in the battery charger into the power plug (F) in the board.
Plug in the battery charger to the mains socket.
The battery needs about two hours to charge. The end of the charging process
is signaled with an indicator (B).
Please remember to only use charger which is attached to the set. Before and during
charging, the temperature of the board should remain in the range from 10°C to
40°C. It will ensure the best efficiency of the charging process and the battery life.
Device Calibration
If the vehicle seems to "pull" to the left or right, it may be necessary to recalibrate
the sensors. This process requires an additional device like spirit level (preferably
two). Many smartphones have free application "spirit level". Then follow these steps:
Place the board on a flat level surface.
Ensure that the board is off.
Use a level to adjust the level of each wheel. It is important that the two pulleys
are levelled evenly and at the same time.
After confirming that both wheels are properly levelled, press and hold for about
5 seconds the power button (G) until the blue lights start flashing and you will
hear a beep.
When the LEDs stop blinking calibration is complete.
Turn off the board, turn it back on, and you can use the equipment.
