the purchaser that products manufactured by VITEK are free of any rightful
claim of infringement or the like, and when used in the manner intended,
will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three
(3) years, or as otherwise stated above, from the date of purchase by the
end user. This warranty is nontransferable and extends only to the original
buyer or end user customer of a VITEK Authorized Reseller.
The product must have been used only for its intended purpose, and not
been subjected to damage by misuse, willful or accidental damage, caused
by excessive voltage or lightning.
The product must not have been tampered with in any way or the
guarantee will be considered null and void.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Power Supply Connections
Using OSD Controller
The Camera can work with either AC24V or DC12V, dual voltage power.
Primary and secondary grounds are completely isolated to avoid a
possible ground-loop problem.
1) SET ( ) : Access to the menu or enter the setting.
To enter the main menu, press the Set Key down.
2) UP/DOWN ( ) : Choose the desired sub-menu and move the
cursor up or down.
3) LEFT/RIGHT (
: Set up the value of the selected menu. Used to
adjust the desired menu selection and to move the cursor left or right.
Description of the OSD control operation
4) ‘denotes pressing straight down for 2 seconds

1. Locate the mounting template at the installation position and drill the ceiling or
wall if needed.
2. Open the dome cover by loosening screws (.16 x .47” / 4 x 12mm).
Use the torque wrench supplied.
4. Set the camera’s viewing angle and focus.
5. Put the dome cover on the dome base unit and tighten the assembly screws.
- Place the dome base unit on pre-drilled position and attach it through using
mounting screws (16 x 1.18” / 4 x 30mm).
- Route the Power & Ethernet cable to the connecting place.
- Place the surface mount on a pre-drilled position and attach it through using
mounting screws(.16 x 1.18” / 4 x 30mm). Assemble the cable pipe,
otherwise tighten a pipe hole cap with PM screw (
.1 x .24” / 2.6 x 6mm).
- Route the Power & Ethernet cable to the connecting place.
- Affix the dome base unit to the surface mount using the assembly screws
(.16 x .55” / 4 x 14mm). Before securing the dome base make sure the assembly
holes are aligned with the surface mount assembly holes.

Limit of pan & tilt
1) Pan limit:
Pan is limited to +/- 173°.
Do NOT force the gimbal over the limit to prevent internal damage.
2) Tilt limit:
Tilt is limited to 25° min ~ 90° max. with reference to the ceiling when the
rotation of camera module is 0°, that is, the image is aligned horizontally.

Rotation is limited to +/-95° max.

Using OSD Control Controller
The setup menu can be accessed and controlled by the OSD control joy stick
inside the camera unit. Five commands are available with the joy stick.
The design of OSD may differ according to the Model.

1. Locate the mounting template at the installation position and drill the ceiling or
wall if needed. ( *The easy bracket can not be installed on the ceiling)
2. Place the easy bracket on pre-drilled position and attach it through using mounting
screws (
.16 x 1.18” / 4 x 30mm) . Skip this step when an easy bracket is not installed.
3. Route the Power cable to the connecting place.
Hook up the camera bracket with the easy bracket as illustrated below.
4. Attach the camera bracket through using assembly screws (.16 x .59” / 4x15mm).
5. Set the cameras viewing angle.
6. Put the sunshield on the camera unit and tighten the sunshield-bolts.

ANALOG OUT should be set to TVI MODE, AHD MODE or CVI MODE
to get CVBS video in sub-out. If it is set to CVBS, there is no CVBS video
in sub-out port. (SYSTEM> OUTPUT> ANALOG OUTPUT)
If CVBS video is enabled through ANALOG OUT or Sub-out port, WDR
and 3D-NR functions are disabled in all video outputs.
This should be considered when installer adjusts the video with installation
monitor via CVBS video signal.
